SaltStick Caps have made all the difference in my husbands tri training. Like most tri competitors, hes tried many different supplements, gels, etc, and he swears these pills are what helped him kick his training up a notch. So much so, he now regularly tells the rest of us to be sure to go take a salt pill anytime weve exercised or even feel dehydrated from the extreme heat were having!
