> 3 dayI love these knives. My grandmother gave me a set of these over 50 years ago. I just lost the last one a couple of weeks ago. They were my favorite knives. I was thrilled to find them on Amazon. As you can tell from how long I had the last set, they are very durable. They are razor sharp too. I like a good knife that has a good blade in my kitchen and these fit the bill! You cant go wrong with these knives.

> 3 dayThese are the absolute best knives Ive ever used. I was gifted a set years ago and eventually all three disappeared. When I decide I needed new knives there was only one name on my mind. You will never regret choosing RADA.

> 3 dayThese knives are great quality for the price. Excellent to use. My mom had rada paring knives whrn i was young. I bought a set 20 years ago. They slowly disappeared so I bought more. Same quality they were 40 years ago.

> 3 dayI have had a set 3 knifes like these for over 40 years and they have held up great, however time has done a job on them, thru dulling and sharpening over that amount of time, so I decided to get a new set and WOW they are nice. Super sharp and easy to hold they are exact duplicates of the one I bought 40 years ago. I love these knifes. The aluminum handles for some reason just fit perfect on my hand and dont twist while cutting so I feel safe using them as compared to other knifes that twist and squirm in my hand while trying to cut thru something. Just glad to have a new set of these knifes, they are worth buying and or gifting for sure.

> 3 dayThe Rada knives all have very slim blades which is likely the primary reason that they cut like razor blades. And most knives with stainless steel blades dull so quickly that they must be sharpened after each use. Stainless Steel is not the most durable blade material. But these knives are of a heat-treatable, surgical grade material and hold their edge longer than any Stainless Steel cutlery Ive ever tried. Buy a quality diamond-abrasive hand sharpener. Draw the blade AWAY from you--opposite what your Grandpa told you. In between sharpenings with the diamond abrasive, draw the blade AWAY from you, back and forth, on the edge of a piece of corrugated cardboard (imagine the motions an old-time barber would take stropping his razor on a leather strap). The microscopic ragged edge will cause your blade to cut like a razor blade. Use Rada cutlery, sharpened in this manner, and see how easily you can peel a tomato or any other fruit and peel off razor-thin slices. Rada may not be the best cutlery money can buy...but for a TINY fraction of the price of German or Swiss name brands, you can have a knife that will amaze you with how cleanly and easily it cuts.

> 3 dayRada knives are the best kitchen utility knives at a very affordable price. I have purchased the chef’s knives, all sizes of the pairing and slicing knives and they all sharpen beautifully and slice through anything. Be sure to order their sharpener when choosing your Rada knives.
