> 3 dayGave as a gift to my son who likes the knives. Reasonably priced. I also have the tomato knife and it’s still sharp after many years.

> 3 dayThey will stay shiny if you keep them out of the dishwasher. Buy the makers sharpener too. They cut great. I use the paring size all the time. Ive given them as gifts too. Super affordable.

> 3 dayThese knives are simple and sharp. The blade dulls fairly fast but if you get the rada sharpener they are easy to sharpen and keep sharp. The aluminum handles do tarnish with time. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher and they will stay shiny longer. The set contains the most used knives for me, but I also use a chefs knife fairly regularly. That can be bought separately. The smallest is nice for cutting fruit and veggies, the middle knife is good for removing fat in meat and general cutting, and the longest is good for cutting up large portions of meat to freeze individually or other bulk food and meat cutting.

> 3 dayThese are the best knives ever. I bought the paring knife set for myself twenty years ago and I still use them almost daily. They hold a sharp edge for a very long time and are easy to sharpen when needed. I bought two of the housewarming sets for my nieces as they have started their hope chests. The only thing that must be said about these knives is to never put them in the dishwasher. It will turn the handles a dull silver. After you use them just rinse them under warm running water or put them in your dishwater in the sink. No problem. My mother owns one of these knives and it is also her favorite kitchen knife. I plan to purchase more of these knives for her and also my sister for her birthday. They make a perfect gift and will be highly appreciated by the person receiving these.

> 3 dayI had been given some Rada knives by a dear friend, so I was very happy to pass along a set to our daughter. These are by far the BEST knives I have every owned. They stay sharp a very long time and are easy to sharpen up quickly - just rub the blade several times along the edge of a porcelain cup. This will get them going again until you are able to properly sharpen them!
