I hardly ever write a review, but I feel I must. I had no idea what I was missing--thought that nail clippers were essentially all the same. BUT THEY ARE NOT. These scissors are the most humane scissors! No fraying and very sharp. My cat has been trying to tell me something: the other scissors create claw problems not only during cutting but after cutting. These do not twist the nail and they do not leave a nail that will fray. Get these. Spend the extra bit and make your beloved cats life easier and better. My two cents. :)

Good quality, sharp.

Sharp and easy to position since the blades are small making it easy to see. Best clippers Ive ever used. I waited a long time to buy them because of the price, but finally did. The only negative is the price.

This nail clipper is so well-designed and so sharp that it cut the time it takes to trim my cats nails by at least 80%. I love this thing. Worth every penny.

This nail clipper does the job for both my cats. But it is a little more difficult for me to use because Im left handed. I dont have the visibility that right handed people have, so I have to be much more cautious regarding where I clip the nail.

The scissors slide on my fingers. Kitties are moving targets when trimming claws and having to reposition scissors is very inconvenient. They cut well and clean so claws aren’t ragged. I kept mine. Maybe I am not the best at the process so…

I bought these because my previous pair was always crushing and splitting my cats claws. I hated paying this much but so glad I did. First time out of the package I was pleased. I have a male and female Cat so I have one with tiny little petite Claws and one with heavy claws . These were great for both.

After owning 3 chihuahuas and spend hundreds on various types of nail trimmers and clippers, we’ve finally found one that works for our chi. The clipper is very easy to hold, lightweight, and most importantly the blades are much thinner and cut the nails smooth like a butter. The product is made in Japan and the quality is excellent! The clipper also doesn’t make a sound so our chichi girl thought I was just touching her paws. If you’ve had issue cutting your dog nails, and if your dogs are toy/tiny breeds, I highly recommend you give this a try.
