> 3 dayWeve been struggling for years to trim our cats claws with the standard cheap trimmers that you find online and in most pet shops. These are *so* much better for two main reasons: 1) theyre sharp, so they require very little pressure to cut the nail (which the cats like better since they dont feel any tug as youre trimming), 2) theyre both thin and narrow (i.e., in both the width and the height of the blade), so theyre much easier to get behind each claw (again, which the cats like much better because they dont feel the back of the blade pushing up against their paw as youre maneuvering it in). This is one of those products where paying for higher quality makes an *enormous* difference. I cant believe we used the old style of trimmers for so long, we really struggled to get our cats to sit through trimming and these have made the job much, much easier. Thank you, Necoichi! I had never heard of your trimmers and never saw them in our pet store, Im so glad we found them.

> 3 dayLooked for high quality clippers to trim my cat’s nails. This one seemed to be the best I could find, perhaps bc made in Japan. Remember to cut the nail inline, not from the side. I found from underneath is best. These trimmers cut the nails very precisely and effortlessly.

Greater than one weekI have been trimming cat and dog nails for 30+ years. The scissors get dull after the first use. They will keep cutting but after a short time the animals dread it. The nails arent well cut, crack, sometimes 2 cuts are needed to make a non-shredded end of the nail. Horrible for all. These are like cutting through butter! None of the 3 animals I have been using it on appear to care less. Beautiful trims and calm pets !!! Cannot recommend this more!!!!

> 3 dayThe only way I could cut my cats claws was to wait until she was asleep on my lap and then clip two or three toenails; I can’t believe she sit still and lets me trim all claws in one sitting with these little gems. She’s 15 years old and hates the old large clippers. I misplaced them I decided to buy another pair and chose these little ones after reading all the reviews and I heartily agree, they make it easy for me to give her a manicure! I am delighted!

> 3 dayThe scissors slide on my fingers. Kitties are moving targets when trimming claws and having to reposition scissors is very inconvenient. They cut well and clean so claws aren’t ragged. I kept mine. Maybe I am not the best at the process so…

Greater than one weekOf all the 6 different brands of cat nail clippers I have bought, These are the best. The sharper the clipper, the less the cat complains. The only problem is that it does not stay sharp forever - and I dont know how to sharpen it.

> 3 dayThese are the best nail clippers ever. They are easier to hold, they are much sharper than others Ive tried, and the extended length and thinner blades make it much easier to get to the claw even when the cat is trying to make it as hard as possible.
