it was easy to install with the given instructions and is very sturdy

I bought a used portable AC unit and the seller lost this very important piece. Found it on Amazon used for a reasonable price. Aside from the color difference since we have another unit with the OEM window panel vent, it works perfectly. Good quality. Even though it was sold as used, looked brand new to me.

The panels were a pain to begin with and did not sit in the frame well. I rigged up some insulation to offset this annoyance only to find out that the hose attachment collides with our windowsill. Avoid this product if you have vertical sliding windows. Hoping I’ll be able to get a refund.

I was given a (used) portable AC unit just before the recent heatwave in S. Cal. The original plate that goes in the window did not fit properly, so I found this kit on Amazon. Voila! It was easy to install and works perfectly!

I bought this because my dog chewed our other one to bits and so we haven’t been able to get another one until I found this one! It was great and easy to install! It took no more than like 10 mins tops but I think that that’s exaggerated, probably more like 5 mins. Really easy fits well and has not fallen since the set up. Nothing came broken or bent or weird everything was great!
