I bought this because my dog chewed our other one to bits and so we haven’t been able to get another one until I found this one! It was great and easy to install! It took no more than like 10 mins tops but I think that that’s exaggerated, probably more like 5 mins. Really easy fits well and has not fallen since the set up. Nothing came broken or bent or weird everything was great!

The panels were a pain to begin with and did not sit in the frame well. I rigged up some insulation to offset this annoyance only to find out that the hose attachment collides with our windowsill. Avoid this product if you have vertical sliding windows. Hoping I’ll be able to get a refund.

Everything was there exactly as described

If you need some extra space these might give you a bit more than what came with the air unit but the fit around the sides is not great and the pins to keep it locked are not great

I ordered it too short, need another insert to reach top. My bad, I didnt measure.
