Did not work for me to connect 1/2 inch welded wire hardware cloth. The problem was likely mostly due to the cheap tool that was recommended by Amazon to work with these. I returned these along with the tool.

These work well but if you mess up, theyre a pain to remove.

These stink! If you make rabbit cages on a regular basis, like I do, you need a J clip that will hold up and not rust the first few times the rabbits urinate on it. The package doesnt list whether or not they are galvanized, but I doubt it. I finally went to my regular place of business for ordering cage making supplies, and bought a 10 pound box of them. Enough playing around with cheap junky ones.

Was listed with the 1/4 mesh, dont be fooled, its too big and will not work with 1/4 product.

Great fasteners when used with the recommended tool. Really easy to use. I use them to build & repair collapsible wire dog crates for rescue animals.

I used them for making tulip cages for the garden. Worked great...
