> 3 dayLove this product! Use it regularly to keep foster kittens warm and it will last all day, or all night. Easy to remove cover and put in washing machine and love that I can clean the disc too.

> 3 dayAs a rescue for baby kittens we could not do without the Snuggle Safe Discs. They keep the babies cozy and warm like their mommys would. I highly recommend them to everyone.

> 3 dayLove these snuggler pads for my puppies. Only had minor issue - 2 of the 4 had seams that were open on the covers. Not much, around an inch, and was easily repaired.

> 3 dayThese are just what I was looking for. I have several semi-feral cats outside. I put together some little shelters but wanted something to provide some warmth without electricity. These are small hard plastic disks that i heat in the microwave for 4.5 minutes then wrap in a towel and put in the shelters. I would put them out at about 8pm and when I checked in the morning (after a night in the 30s) they were still a little warm. Very pleased and plan to order more.

Greater than one weekI have bought this product several times before from another supplier that was out of stock. These do not get as hot nor stay hot as long as they used to and they were more money.

> 3 dayI have a hedgehog, so this product was recommended since hedgehogs are very sensitive to the cold in the winter and I did not want to use a plug-in heated blanket (they need a temperature of at least 70*F to be comfortable/happy, and even though they can handle in the high 60s they do tend to start getting sluggish). Kozmo (my hedgehog) loves this thing, and it works great. If you need to go on short trips in cold weather you could microwave this for a few minutes, with it staying plenty warm wrapped in an old pillowcase with blankets on top for the hedgehog to hide/snuggle under. Since hedgehogs will often urinate even in their sleep areas, this product is great since it is very easy to clean between microwaving with a wet paper towel or water and a little soap. The only reason this amazing product did not get 5 stars is because, at least for hedgehogs, you will need to buy two of the snugglesafe heat pads to use in cold weather. This is because frequent changes in temperature can really throw off the hedgehog and they may start acting a little crazy, as well as their sense of time being thrown off. Therefor it is best to have two so one can be heated to last through the night and the other for during the day. *****It is also important for hedgehog owners to remember that even when the weather starts getting warmer, it still might be to cold for hedgehogs since the household heaters will not turn on as often. I found this out the hard way- one day Kozmo tried walking, tripping and stumbling, eyes half closed, with his whole body shaking violently and he ignored his favorite treats or tried very weakly to gum them... I of course freaked out, called vets (it was late at night so most were closed), heated up his SnuggleSafe to put in a carry box with him and rushed over to the vet, really thinking he was horribly sick or dying. Of course, after getting there and sitting in the waiting room for an hour or so, he pops his head out of the box looking for treats- perfectly happy and back to normal thanks to the SnuggleSafe having warmed him up again. So if you see this type of scary behavior, try warming up your hedgie before assuming it suddenly has wobbly hedgehog syndrome, or other such things. Also, if your hedgehog does not come out to eat around his regular time, perhaps several hours late, it might actually be too cold to move- lift up its blankets to see and if its shivering/shaking or in a very, very tight ball and not responding like usual. Heat up the SnugleSafe quick, and maybe even hold the hedgie close to you for your body temperature until it is done in the microwave. Feeling the hedgehog can also tell you if its cold, since even the spikes will feel slightly icy.*****

Greater than one weekI had been given two SnuggleSafe discs before. One I gave to a friend, so I wanted another. My cat had surgery at the beginning of December and returned home with so many shaved places on her body that she lost as much hair as she retained. I can keep her warm and leave the house without the fear of an electric spark causing a fire due to SnuggleSafe.
