So much better than our previous feeder mainly due to the fact that you just have to open the lid to fill it.

This feeder is great! I have three rescues, and consistently foster cats, so feeding time can take a long time. This saves us so much time, and my dogs love it! Even my wiggy Aussie mix adores it. My one complaint is it doesn’t seem to be airtight, so I can smell the dog food pretty strongly when I’m in the room where the feeders are. This bothers me quite a bit, but it doesn’t seem to bother my family. Just know that if you have a sensitive nose, you may notice this!

Love this feeder. Easy to set up feeding times and now my cat isn’t all over my face every morning to be fed.

I was excited to receive this in the mail and I love it. Took a little reading to figure out the functions. Once you get it, you cant forget. You realize how easy it is. My cats took to it immediately. I have two cats and they realize thats where their dry food will be coming from here on out lol. Voice recorder is useless for me. It sounds awful when you record. I like that they hear the food and simply gravitate towards it. I gave this 4 stars because I wish there was more of a seal on the lid to keep the cat food smell inside more. But it closes just enough to not annoy me lol. I love this feeder overall and plan to buy another.

We have had this feeder for about 2 years. We recently noticed that it was not dispensing all 3 of the meals we programmed for each day. Sometimes it would dispense 1 meal and then the next meal it would only dispense 3 kibbles, or nothing at all. Since we are feeding a cat, I changed the small dispenser to the larger one. We continue to have dispensing issues. I have cleaned and taken this unit apart at least 4 times recently. The unit engages and the voice message plays, it does not dispense the right amount of kibble.

Received a few days early. Im satisfied with my purchase. The product is very simple to use and has a great design. Would recommend!

Unfortunately from the moment I took it out of the box, the lid has never released properly and the voice recording has never worked well. The speaker to the voice recording is on the bottom so it is extremely muffled. You can’t understand it at all. I have tried many different ways of recording it and it doesn’t come out properly. This was very important to me as a consumer that my pet hear my voice during the day and it does not work. I was unable to return it within the 30 days because of many reasons. On a positive note it is really easy to set up the feedings unlike other units I have purchased in the past.

I LOVE this feeder! It is so easy to use and to program the times! The portions are perfect too! My only flaw is that my cat has now figured out when the food is going to come! He yowls at me and then as soon as it drops he runs over and chows down! Lol! 10/10!

I absolutely love this feeder. I bought it because my cat was waking me up way too early in the morning for food. You can customize the portion sizes & dispense times down to the minute. You can put in several meals a day, I’ve broken it up into four 1/8 cup portions (I have 2 Cats). I really cannot recommend this feeder enough. It does its job well, is fairly priced, easily holds a 3.15 pound bag of food, it plugs into the wall (a lot of feeders I had researched ran on batteries), and my sleep is no longer interrupted! It’s great for when I’m not home in time for dinner too. My only one complaint is that my sneaky cat put her arms up in the machine and a few pieces of food will fall out. Other than that, I really am thrilled with this purchase.
