For the price I think this a pretty good phone! At this time Im personally using this more like a tablet to compliment my main phone, so my review wont go over cellular quality. Comes with screen protector already installed which is a nice plus! __ Photos: If youre looking for a phone with a good camera for a decent price, Id say this is a great phone! I have a OnePlus8 and the photo quality really isnt that far off in quality. When it comes to dim lit rooms, this actually takes better photos, when it comes to daytime photos the quality of the OnePlus are better. This phones camera when taking pictures of objects seems more prone to not realizing what you want to focus on, about half the time Im having to touch the screen to make it realize what the focal point of the photo is. __ Gaming: I think this is good for basic/casual games, but 3D games, I would probably say no. I tested Genshin Impact on this, I even changed it to the Lowest Graphics settings, and this doesnt run it very well at all imo. Runs too slow for me, but I can see some people finding it doable if they have nothing else, but the lag makes that game unplayable for me personally. __ UI: I think for the most part pretty good, runs smoothly, my only issue is probably not relavant to most, but I dont like where the brightness adjustment bar is. On the lock screen its in the perfect location, after youve unlocked the phone I hate where its located and it seems theres no was to adjust this. (Yiu have to drag the menu down twice to get to it.) As someone who adjusts their brightness manually throughout the day several times a day, this is rather inconvienet to me. Finger Print Sensor works great, usually recognizes my finger just fine! __ Basic Apps that come with phone: Internet Browsing & Youtube: It appears to run as fast as I need it to, all pages and videos load fast. Audio Recorder: It does take away background noise pretty well, but its not the quality of audio I like. Its good for quick notes/thoughts but has a bit of what I describe as the In an empty bathtub echo to it. Photo Gallery App: I dont like the organization system of the Photo Gallery app. My issue is you have the Camera folder, but you CANNOT move photos out of the Camera Folder. You can COPY the photos to another folder, but its probably better described as a shortcut to the photo. If you delete the photo from the Camera Folder, that photo will also be removed from the folder it was copied to. This makes organizing photos horrible and extremely inconvient for me, Im gonna have to see if I can find another app for this. Ive had an IPhone 4, Samsung Luna, Samsung Orbit, and OnePlus8 ALL of these phones had Photo Gallery Apps that worked the right way, I dont get why the photo organization system on this phone is so frustrating. __ Battery Life: I havent timed it tbh, but it seems to last the normal amount of time Id expect a phone to last. (About 1-2 days on a single charge.)

My previous phone was a Blu Vivo 4XL so I am comparing the C21 to that...... PROS: *storage & RAM...the phone has plenty of storage space & RAM for my current needs. An SD card can also be added for additional storage. *Phone appears to operate very snappily....noticeably quicker than my previous phone. *Good brightness....Not quite as bright as my precious phone but bright enough. *external speaker is loud enough & louder than the 4XL...not hi-fi quality, but gets the job done without a lot of distortion. *comes with a clear TPU case...This is always a plus to me so I dont have to order one to get started using the phone. *battery life is acceptable....Im a moderate user & I usually have at least around 50% battery left at the end of the day. Seems to charge quickly as well. *I like the punch hole front camera design...the 4XL had an iPhone-style notch that took up too much icon real estate unless you didnt use the screen area on either side of the notch. This design doesnt really get in your way. *the cameras are on par with what I had with the 4XL. They seem to take pretty decent pictures....Better than the Moto E7 that I tried before this, in my opinion. I have really no complaints with the cameras. CONS: *fingerprint reader placement....I was used to the fingerprint reader being in the center of the phone & recessed a bit on my last phone. The C21 has it placed right next to the rear camera lenses & really not recessed. This means that you can possibly smear/cloud the lenses with oils from your fingers & the reader is hard to find by feel. The reader does work ok(I think the 4XL reader was a bit better & more accurate) though. *launcher....I really didnt like the included launcher that came with the phone so I downloaded a really cool one called Alpha Hybrid Launcher...I really like it & it seems to work well so far! *Quality....I had to return the 1st unit of this phone that I received due to it spontaneously rebooting itself(its a quiet reboot so you never knew it had happened really). It also got to the point where the phone would constantly kill apps...at the end it was not usable at all really due to multiple google app crashes per minute...Not even a factory reset would correct the problem. With the bad unit I did download all of the available updates to the phone, but with the replacement unit I did not do this...Im not sure if maybe one or more of the updates may have been a culprit in the problems that I experienced?? * wifi....wifi reception & operation is good, although this unit tends to just kick itself off of wifi out of nowhere & without warning about once per day, even when in the house around strong wifi signal. When I notice its done it I have to turn wifi off then on again & that will take care of the problem. It gets annoying, but not enough to send the phone back. *bluetooth....bluetooth works well for the most part, but at times playback of music will start to stutter and that requires me to press pause then play on the streaming source to get things back in sync again. Ive tried multiple bluetooth speakers & the problem persists on all of them & the internet source doesnt matter either. Not sure why this happens. Also, I would like it if the bluetooth volume could be adjusted to be louder....Sometimes theres just not enough volume when in a kind of loud environment & using a BT headset. *no 3.5mm headphone jack....I rarely used the headphone jack on my XL4, but when I needed it, it was there & I was glad it was....Sadly the C21 does not have one :-( . Overall I think the C21 is a good value for the money, especially if you get a good unit. Replacing the bad unit that I initially got was not really a problem when I worked with Amazon to get it done. Right now I dont think you can beat the price for a phone of this size, with this amount of RAM & storage & a decent camera.

I wished those that advertise their cell phone would give the IMEI number so it can be checked with your service. I ordered this phone to hook up to Mint Mobile which the carrier is T Mobile. The phone was not compatible with them on either sim card tray. Also while I was charging the phone, the provided charger got extremely hot and could be a fire hazard and should be looked into immediately. Never got to check any of the features and am returning it for refund.

For the price and features this phone is a bargain. 2021 Android 10, Dual SIM, FHD 1080p resolution, Helio P60 chip. This phone is comparable to most flagships that were available several years ago for four to five times the price, with updated software for 2021. If your needs are not that demanding, I believe this phone will handle most requirements. I dont get any noticable lag on games, or apps. The volume goes as high as I need it to, I have plenty of storage for more apps than I will use, the sound quality and display are very sharp and clear. The display is vivid and bright for casual viewing. Im not in graphic design or pre production film making etc so for the basic needs it excels at a terrific price point. Bluetooth tethering to my tablet, smart watch and speakers work perfectly without static or dropping out. This phone also has an FM radio, just in case none of your apps work you will still have music to listen to. There are higher spec phones for much more with features I would not really need or use now. If you are a value shopper like myself then consider this phone, until 5g and higher spec come down in price. This phone should handle most needs till then. I think you will be surprised and impressed with what this $150 phone can do. I recommend if you dont need 4k recording or 5g service, or this makes a nice budget back up phone.

got the phone today in the mail off somehow it was turned on!! I think I got a used one it actually had a case on it so I was happy about that. I transfered my old phone over to it all quick by google!! I wanted a cheap phone because Im going on a trip and maybe leave my way expensive one at home. this one will work in Europe and in Japan as not all gsm phones work there. Im also hopping to let a relative use it on there trip!! I mainly didnt want to worry about my phone being stolen so this way I have a nice one and not worry about that! it was tricky when buying phones. I almost bought a track phone but those are Locked and dont work with a sim card. where Im going I was able to get a sim card with phone min and data so I can make international calls without the 60$ price tag!! its kind of tricky finding the sim card, a phone that is right. etc some phones had bad reviews. so far so good for this!! of course its cheap the main problem is there wasnt a clear way to answer calls like on other phones. also if Hou call an 800 number that has a menu like a bank you cant dial a 1 so getting through to a ticket place or bank can be a challenge
