I wished those that advertise their cell phone would give the IMEI number so it can be checked with your service. I ordered this phone to hook up to Mint Mobile which the carrier is T Mobile. The phone was not compatible with them on either sim card tray. Also while I was charging the phone, the provided charger got extremely hot and could be a fire hazard and should be looked into immediately. Never got to check any of the features and am returning it for refund.

Great phone it is a must have plus it does work on Tag mobile.And the price is right.

I love the way the phone look and functions but over all i wouldnt buy again. I had hard time in getting Metro pcs service to connect. Will NOT ALLOW me to update Chrome in Play store. Connection to 4G varies and phone will loose audio but continued to be connected to conversation. In middle of talking or the other party fades out but then comes back after a couple of seconds. Was given a number to Oukitel but number was disconnected. I was hoping that i found a diamond but I got glass. I wanted all of the functions and tech C21 had to offer but was sadden by performance.Is this phone fully unlocked i cant tell.

This phone is complete garbage. The screen was full of error codes straight out of the box. Couldnt do anything to fix it, couldnt even turn it off. Waste of money. Dont buy.

The battery was defective and we never received a replacement after being promised one. So disappointed.

The cell phone is a poor product had a lot of glitches it never worked properly from the fingerprint identification to the sensitivity of the screen everything was flawed on that phone

Is as good as my Samsung phones.
