> 3 dayWith 76% 5-Star ratings I decided to ignore the few 1-star that said this does not hold a water bottle. Low and behold, it does not hold a water bottle in either of its two Water Bottle Holders. They fall right out the bottom. I thought, well maybe if I tighten this thing enough it will squish the bottle in tight and it will stay. I went for a ride, came to my first rest and reached back for my water bottle. Low and behold, it vanished without a sound or trace, Just like this bag from my kit. Return.

> 3 dayThis lumbar pack was designed for biking, but I use it exclusively for trail running, and it works great for me. The belt tightens around your waste comfortably, and can be adjusted to be just tight enough to keep it from bouncing during my runs while still being comfortable. I mostly use this pack when I plan to run a trail out (usually 3-6 miles) and then walk back to my car. I keep a pair of binoculars, a compact camera, some extra batteries, and a lens cloth in the main compartment. I put my phone in the top compartment while running, so I can listen to bluetooth speakers while running. I store my sunglasses in the same top compartment when I return to my car. I put my car keys in one of the belt pockets (and my mask - as I write this were going through the pandemic). In the other belt pocket I put a snack (trail mix/energy bar). It has enough room for everything I want in a trail run / hike without extra space that would just add weight and bulk to my run. The pack has two pockets for storing water bottles. I only ever use one. I have an Osprey water bottle from another lumber pack, and that fits perfectly, but any number of bottles will fit just fine. The pocket compresses flat when not in use, so its not in your way if you dont need to carry water. When using the water bottle pocket, you need to snap two parts of a sleeve together to hold the water bottle in place above another strap that keeps the bottle from falling through. If you dont do this, your bottle will almost certainly fall through the sleeve, but using the sleeve properly Ive not had this happen to me. Theres another elastic drawstring that wraps around the top of your bottle to help hold it in place. A few reviews have mentioned having water bottles fall through the water bottle pocket. I strongly suspect that this is because they didnt snap the two parts of the sleeve together and use the elastic drawstring. The AirScape backpanel is designed to produce some ventilation and keep you from sweating too much while biking/running. Im sure it helps, but I live in Florida. Its hot. I sweat. Nothing is going to stop that. But its just the right size for my needs, and it is comfortable. For street running when I plan to run a loop and back to my car, I dont need this much room. I use the Osprey Duro Solo, which holds my keys, my phone, and a single water bottle with room for nothing more. If you need to carry more (like a jacket), you might consider the Oprey Talon 6, though that size is overkill for me. Overall, this pack is perfect for what I need to do, and I couldnt recommend it more highly.

> 3 dayThis pack is great. I was using an Osprey stratos 34 and it was great for hiking but not so much for MTB. I went with this pack to carry my first aid, pump, folding knife, clif bar, keys, wallet, cell phone, zip ties and two 24oz polar bottles. I have added a small nite ize carabiner to attach my gloves and a section of bungee cord with a cord lock for a hard shell jacket. Can’t go wrong with Osprey and their unconditional lifetime warranty.

> 3 dayThis is the second pack I had sent that was defective. I exchanged the first one, this one I am getting a refund and will try another model hiking pack. This was very disappointing, I have other Osprey products and they are top quality, this one was not ! The water bottle holder is suppose to snap into place, the snaps are broke and this was the same defect on the exchange pack, and the same side. Do not order this product. I will write Osprey myself , they are know for good customer service, and warranty all their products. This is the first time I have had a product of theirs be defective, and my gear takes a beating mountain biking.

> 3 dayWe recently took this with us hiking to a number of national parks and really liked it. It was very comfortable to wear and held everything we needed. This pack has place for two bottles of water and ample room for snacks, keys, cell phone, and a small first aid kit. We really liked it a lot. Its durable and looks great too! Would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayGreat bag for a snack, water, & a few other items. I used it for hiking and shark tooth hunting at the beach. Paired with a couple 21oz Camelbak Podium bottles and it all worked.

29-10-2024I found my backpack to be bothering in MTB rides especially when wanting to bunny hop and on the rough patches so I switched to this fanny pack. Enough storage for the short to medium rides without the weight on the back, also allot more ventilated in the summer! Whoever complained about the bottles falling out didnt notice that there are tictacs that you need to close in order for the water bottles to fit snug... Very happy!

> 3 dayI tried this pack as well as the Osprey Packs Dyna Solo Womens Running Hydration Waistbelt (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JHFFKHK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and PYFK Running Belt Hydration Waist Pack with Water Bottle Holder (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MMSKBKS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). I bought these packs as a way to carry water and snacks when I take my dog hiking with me. This pack was just huge for my 5ft 5in, 115lb frame. I only put one water bottle in the holster and it was still uncomfortable. The pack itself wrapped all the way around and the pockets went all the way to my hipbones which didnt help with the comfort level. It does have a LOT of storage space and Osprey is still my go to pack supplier but this one just isnt good for my size. The pack itself seems to be great quality which is why I rate it highly, it just isnt perfect for me specifically.

> 3 dayThis fit my needs for a small pack to hold water bottles, cell phone, keys and small first aid items while mountain biking and light hiking. It is a sturdy and well made pack. I especially like the water bottle holders as they are sturdy but also fold down if you are not carrying bottles. This makes the pack smaller overall when not carrying bottles.
