> 24 hourLove this teeth whitening, you have to mold your teeth into trays . And once you do that , it’s easy to deal with. I love this product!

> 24 hourI ordered this product along with dental cheek things as well as teeth whitening trays. Initially I put the whitener in a teeth whitening tray and put in on my teeth as instructed. BIG MISTAKE. The whitener started bubbling and burning right away. Bad. I removed the whitener within 30 seconds. And had white burns on my gums. They went away thankfully. The next time I used the cheek thing to hold my cheeks and lips away from my teeth like my photo and painted it carefully onto each tooth with a small makeup brush. I leave it on for 30 minutes and sometimes use a blue led light to help speed up the process. It works really well, and I’ve had people asking where I’m getting my teeth whitened. The process is tedious- but for the amount of money you save for professional level whitening I’d say it’s worth it. Just be careful. DO NOT GET IT ON YOUR GUMS! I purchased AZDENT cheek retainers and use the ARC LED light that came when their whitening strips I used to use.

> 24 hourI LOVEEEE this whitener. I have really yellow teeth and the 10% did nothing for me. I decided to give this one a try and wow I saw a difference on the first try. I used it everyday for 5 days straight for 2-3 hours each time. I do not have sensitive teeth at all butttt I messed up. One night i accidently fell asleep with the whitener on for 8 hours. I woke up with the biggest tooth pain EVER and lasted 24hrs. It was not the whiteners fault but beware of wearing it for long periods of times because you will be in pain. Overall , its amazing and I will continue to buy it. 4 syringes gave me about 10ish times.

> 24 hourThese are quite expensive but actually get the job done. All it takes is 15-20 minutes for super white teeth. I usually get the 10% bleaching product from my dentist & use them overnight. These definitely do the job much better.

> 24 hourI asked my dentist about these gels... she asked which one I buy. I told her and she said...thats a good brand so I felt that was best sign. She did tell me this is the strongest percentage which I like because it actually works. Im pretty lucky because I get little sensitivity but I know that not the case for all. Sensodyne toothpaste really helps tho and I use daily so if your teeth are sensitive to this process, I would recommend using sensodyne for a week or so first before starting. Also dont use too much of the gel because it gets on your gums if excess and that does make them hurt. Overall extremely satisfied with this gel. Saves me money big time. I just bought my own trays from the dentist to use.

> 24 hourMake sure you do your research on the time you should have them in. My dr told me to put them on overnight in my Invisalign retainer. DONT DO THAT. It’s only meant to be a few hours at a time. If longer, it may make your gums sensitive for a couple days.

> 24 hourI had very yellow teeth at the start of my journey. First I used opalescence trays that come with whitening in the tray and you throw it out after 30 min. They whitened only the tips of my teeth. Years later I tried in-office zoom whitening. It was an improvement but only like half a shade! They give you zoom gel to take home. That stuff is INTENSE and I would wake up at 4am with terrible pain (that product is designed to be worn overnight). Finally I tried this opalescence gel in the tube with custom-made trays I got from my dentists office, and I think I found the winner!! I sleep with this on because I dont like keeping the tray on when Im awake. My teeth are hardly sensitive at all the next morning (but are just sensitive enough that I know its working!!). TIPS: 1) dont waste gel on teeth you cant see when you smile. Dont waste it on the backs of your teeth. That way it lasts you longer. 2) get custom trays at your dentist - IT IS WORTH IT. As a cheap route, you can buy mold-able ones online that you boil and then bite into them, but I really really really recommend just getting trays made by your dentist. They can be done by an assistant not even the dentist so it shouldnt cost much 3) anyone that has said they hurt their gums made these 2 mistakes : a) not using custom made trays that specifically click in to your teeth and gums perfectly ; and b) they used too much gel. ONLY APPLY A LITTLE DAB TO THE MIDDLE OF EACH TOOTH SPACE IN YOUR TRAY AND THIS WONT HAPPEN. You will find that when you press the tray into your teeth the gel squishes outward and covers the whole tooth. DO NOT PUT A LINE OF GEL ACROSS YOUR ENTIRE TOOTH TRAY!!!! NOOOOOOO!! This is why you get it on your gums. Just put a dab in the middle of each tooth pocket!!!
