Im so glad I purchased this cap! I dont even need to put it in the fridge. I keep it in my nightstand in my cool room. It stays cool enough. The fridge is almost to cold. I havent tried heat, because that makes my migraines worse. The pressure is just enough and I would say I have an average size head. I can still here things enough so I dont hear my head throb only. I would recommend it even if you just use a cold wash cloth, it saves stains on your pillow and the wet discomfort.

A coworker recommended this migraine mask for my constant headaches. We ordered and got our product quickly and in great condition. I wont say this mask completely gets rid of the migraines, but it takes the edge off and make life so much more comfortable. My 5-year-old saw me wearing it and the next day he said he had a headache like dad. We let him wear the mask just to humor him and to our surprise he loves it! It actually helps him to go to sleep when he is restless or overwhelmed. At first, he didnt like the coldness but after a few minutes he said Ahhh.. it makes my brain feel so good. My wife and teenage daughter both use the mask for headaches, and it always soothes them straight to sleep. We wound up ordering a second one just to ensure everyone has one if needed. I got this for my headaches, but its so comfy that I ended up turning it into my sleep mask. Its naturally cool and it maintains the coolness for a long time, most times I dont even have to cool it myself. I havent tried it hot yet but the cool version works pretty well. It blacks out almost all the light. I have SUCH a hard time falling asleep, this cap-mask thingy is a game changer.

I am so pleased with this purchase! I have had migraines for 40 yrs and use ice frequently. This cap freezes fast and is consistently cold on all sides. I have purchased another similar type product in which you need to add the ice packs to it before use. While that one is fine this is the one I reach for now because there is “no assembly required”. And that is important when you are in pain!

This is one of many migraine caps Ive purchased. This is, by far, the best one Ive purchased. This one is gel like and not divided in sections like so many others. This one also does not become hard when frozen like others. The comfort is unmatched. The quality is superior. I have recommended this product endlessly since first use.

I purchased this for my dad who has terribly bad headaches and migraines. This has been such a life-saver for him. It feels cool to the touch at room temp and gets even better after placing in the fridge or freezer. Pull it down over your eyes when you have migraine visual disturbances or just need to block out light. I have a med/large head and it fits comfortably but not too snug. Sometimes I wear it like a beanie while working from home for some minor stress relief. If you have a small head, this might not give you as much compression. Overall works well and highly recommend!
