I use this product more often that I wish I needed, but it brings a huge relief when migraines hit.

This mask is pretty good, its cool to wear, surprisingly even at room temperature, better if refrigerated. The coldness lasts far longer than expected and it does a really good job of blocking out light. Most masks Ive worn leak light around the nose, but this goes a great job of sealing that up. The only downside ive noticed is that it has a line of stitching up each side, right where my ear is. Not only does that reduce its ability to filter unwanted sounds (as its thinner and has no gel where stitching is), but it also creates an uncomfortable uneven pressure on the ears. I wake up with a funny line on my ear and slight pain there. Still far better than a migraine though.

I love this product!!! Whoever invented this must have crazy headaches also. The pressure of the mask is amazing. I put mine in the refrigerator to get cool and it really works!

i wish i ordered two! one to keep in freezer and one for heating up in microwave. sometimes the cold works better for allergies and sinus relief and warm is best for migraines. I think you have to experiment and see what works best for you. Amazing warm for night time right before bed. Its so relaxing. I recommend this product. It has a lot of uses and its durable. I use it every morning and night.

Wish I would have known about this sooner. As someone who has frequent headaches, I was thrilled to try this. It works great! Little chilly as first as I keep mine in the freezer. I would recommend waiting 5-10 minutes if you plan on storing yours there!

I am in love and disipointed at the same time. This one stayed cool intensely for about 20 min but then was completely warm with in 45 min. However I loved that I was able to put it on my head and continue to go about the evening routine with the kids in a good mood because it slightly elevated the pain and stoped it from getting worse and turning into a migraine. Update: so I bought 3 different brands this one is not my favorite when a migraine is in full swing, however at the slightest onset of a headache/ potential migraine I put it on and it stops it in its tracks. It’s also a nice little way to paper yourself with sleeping with it at night especially after a day in the sun. I’m starting to love this ice pack.

This cap is great. It gives the right amount of pressure for a headache and I love the fact that it does not smell like the freezer. I’ve tried other ice packs, ice caps. This one hands-down is the one to get.

Everyone in my family uses this almost every day. We keep it in the fridge and its great to give your eyes cool pressure. This thing is thick, high quality and really offers some relief when your head is pounding! I highly recommend!!

This migraine cap heats and cools quickly, is very easy to put on, is comfortable and has great coverage over the head and back of neck for pain relief.
