I have this for my iPad on my desk....great construction and saves space since it sits upright.

Im kind of bummed because this stand is really nice, solid and well made (other than the gaudy logo). But it has a huge fatal flaw, it partially blocks the fans. When using this stand my fans were going crazy, running high and running constant, because my Macbook was getting north of 160 degrees F. This is an issue because not only will the fans eventually fail but the increased stress on the battery and internals of the computer are not good at all. I have 2 fans on my Macbook, and I could place this stand to either partially cover both, or fully cover one, neither great solutions.

I am extremely happy with that product. It is very easy to install and it is a perfect fit for my Dell laptop and MacBook. The product is very classy, looks very neat and it is very stable on the desk. I would definitely recommend that product.

PERFECT! Is a word I do not use too much, but in this case, I will. Just enough weight to keep my MBP (with case cover) from moving and tilting. Sits solid. Cleans up the desk area quite nicely. Thank you!

Its just a milled block of aluminum with some padding on the inside and rubber grips on the bottom.
