As far as I can tell, this is a direct replacement for the charger that comes with the HTC Thunderbolt. Works exactly the same as the one that came with the phone. I got this one so I wouldnt have to keep carrying mine to work. Arrived fast, although perhaps by a low-quality shipper (UPS and FedEx and USPS have no trouble delivering, and this company was late/a bit incompetent) In case youre wondering, this includes everything you need to charge the phone: the USB A-to-micro cable and the little charger itself...

I bought two of these as a replacement for my HTC EVO. One for home and one for travel ( I lost the original and didnt want to pay the 30 or so dollars for a replacement)They charge the phone. However when you try to use the phone when pluged in with these chargers, the phone is jumpy and non responsive most of the time. the screen wont respond with the swipe of your finger like normal. Its the weirdest thing. When you unplug the phone it acts normally. I connected my friends OEM charger and my phone acted normally. So these products are grey market knock offs that dont meet spec!!!!! Do Not buy. I am returning mine and buying direct from HTC!!!

I ordered three of these chargers for my HTC Evo 4G Android phone and none of them charge my phone(or rather they appear to provide enough current so the phone thinks its charging, but it is charged too slowly to make any practical difference. Two of the chargers also put the phone into car mode. According to my confirmation email the following third-party seller(s) and products were involved: The Mobile Solutions Company items (Sold by AudioHaus,LLC): OEM HTC USB Travel Charger Adapter U250 / CNR6300 / 79H00095-14M In one sense the third party seller is at fault but this kind of thing has happened to me before when buying through Amazon. Presumably the reason I would buy from an unknown third-party seller via Amazon is that Amazon is in some way verifying the seller. But its apparent that in reality Amazon is doing little or no research and is instead letting its customers figure out which sellers are running scams.

I needed an extra plug for my HTC Inc 1 and the charger part worked but the cable didnt even tried the cable out with various other things. Replaced the cable with a spare and the charger thing works fine. I actually only needed the charger as I have lots of those micro usb thingy mabobbers.

This thing is terrible. First, its clearly a knockoff- as others have said, at first glance it looks legitimate, but on further examination, its a clear phony. The sticker on the cable says HTC but in a slightly different font than whats on the real cable. Same with the plug-in piece. Second, it blew out the battery on my Evo! Was using it to charge my phone from my computer at my desk at work, and my phone cut out and wouldnt restart! Had to get a replacement battery and it still isnt charging properly. Sprint says that something in the connection was damaged by the charger! Total crap. I may have to get a completely new phone because of this stupid thing. Do yourself a favor and spend the money for a real HTC charger!

Appear to be OEM as described and work great so far. there were some small scratches on the ac adapter that made me wonder if it was used but either way it works and only costs a few bucks. much better than the 3rd party crap i have been buying.

Ordered this for my Droid Incredible as a spare charger, couldnt beat the price but as the saying goes you get what you pay for this did not seem new, scratches on it. When I tried to charge my phone with the USB port it wouldnt work my phone kept blinking from one screen to another would not stop so then I tried the wall outlet left it charging forever didnt do anything. This is a peice of junk do not buy, I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing bad on my part. I do acknowledge Amazon is great with returns was able to print out UPS return label and ship back now just waiting for them to credit my account. Glad I have my original charger which works great!

This is a great usb charging adapter. Not just for the HTC but for any phone that takes a usb adapter for charging. I use it to charge my 2000mah and 8000mah power banks too. Anything that needs a high power, 1 amp charger this is great for. The only thing Ive found that wont accept it for charging purposes is my wifes blackberry. Even using an official blackberry usb charging cord the phone wouldnt recognize it. The usb cord that comes with the adapter is worth twice what the whole package costs. Its substantial and sufficiently long that its pretty useful. Cant beat this combo.

It pays to spend a couple bucks extra for a genuine HTC product. CCMACCESSORIES provided me with a genuine HTC adapter and USB cord. The cord is capable of both charging and data transfer from my PC. Compared it to my charger that was packaged with my HTC incredible 2 international phone and they are identical. This cord is not capable of rapid charge but does fully charge my double battery within 2-3 hours.

An OEM charger normally costs twice what i paid for this. The HTC does sense the difference and charges much faster with this 2A charger. The phone has in indicator at the top that states your phone is charging slow if you use a non OEM charger. While a non OEM charger will work, the OEM charger is faster.
