> 3 dayOn opening the box it was very clear to me this was another top quality product from Noctua. Inside the well designed box was the heatsink, 2 fans, various components for mounting the cooler to different motherboards, thermal paste, low noise adapters, Y-splitter cable and even a screwdriver! Being a Noctua product this also comes with a 6 year warranty but unless a fan unexpectedly dies its quite unlikely Ill need to use the service. It also speaks volumes for Noctuas confidence in their products though.

> 3 dayIch habe den Lüfter auf einen I9-10900 geschraubt. Das ist eigentlich ein 65 Watt-Prozessor. allerdings darf er sich im Boost-Modus bis zu 220 Watt ziehen. Hier hat ein bequiet Shadow Rock TF2 mit einer angegebenen Leistung TDP von 160 W versagt. Der Prozessor kam bei 100 °C an und wurde gedrosselt. Der Noctua NH-D15 steckt das weg. Er ist aber auch deutlich größer, als der bequiet und hat 2 Luftschrauben. Während des Cinebench R23-Durchlauf komme ich jetzt auf max. 88 °C. Keine Drosselung. Das war der Plan :-).

> 3 dayCools my i7 7700k adequately (26-31oC idle, 45-50oC load, stock speeds). This does fit in a Cooler Master Masterbox 5 case and with the Asus Z-170A motherboard. The caveat is that you can only use the center fan, as additional A15 fans would run into either the RAM on one side or the IO panel on the other. To address this, I replaced the 2nd A15 fan with a 120mm fan.

> 3 dayI received the package and inside the package, paper boxes for the fan and screws were missing. The plastic container that contained all the little screws was ripped open. I paid the amount of money to get a new item but I received a used item.
