Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

I was so impressed with this CPU Cooler that I couldnt help get a second one for my next PC build for my sons PC I am building.

Fantastic cooler! I replaced Corsair H115i with this cooler and my gaming temps went down from 55-58C to 44-46C. Under prime95 temps hovered around 55-58C. CPU 6700K @ 4.2GHZ. The installation is a bit laborious, probably equally laborious as installing the H115i, but the instructions were clear and I had no problems. Size of this thing is pretty crazy (check out the pics), Corsair 750D fits no problem, but I would worry if I had a standard mid tower, better to check compatibility online. Noise is lower than H115i by about 25%. I am very satisfied with this coolers performance, from the packaging to the cooler itself, quality is felt throughout.

Dissipatore enorme, ma facilissimo da montare, istruzioni facili e nella scatole è presente tutto loccorente per il montaggio imballato in modo ordinato e certosino, devo dire poi che sono rimasto sorpreso delle temperature di esercizio del processore che con una temperatura esterna di 35° stava a 27° in idle, e sotto sforzo a 37-38°, veramente magnifico.

I had a Corsair liquid cooler on my system, and the pump went out. Rather than use another liquid system, I bought this so that if a fan dies, I dont have to replace the entire cooling system. With the Corsair, my CPU temps were in the 65 - 70C range. With this, they dropped to 55-60. Running both fans, I can barely hear it, and it sits right next to me. Make sure your case and MoBo can take the size of this, as it is quite large. Very happy with the purchase, though different colored fans would have been nice.

I think its a great cooler,I have an i5 4690kplaying games like crysis 3 and new games too far cry 4 heroes of might&magic6 etc on full hd on very high or ultra settings and the processor didnt went above40 c degrees

As the title says, this this is great. I couldnt fit the second fan in to my case, so I just have the one in the middle and it still does wonders! I get around 30°C - 37°C idle and around 60°C under load. The temps almost never go above 70°C, and again thats only with one of the fans on. I recommend this cooler to anyone.

I use to use liquid cooler, now I decided to look for something more reliable, and this is it! While gaming on ultra graphics, running a few background apps this thing keeps my cpu in mid 50s. It is an amazing cooler!

My idle temp on my overclocked 2600k @ 4.5ghz went from 55c to 30c.

As soon as I picked up the box, I knew something was wrong since it sounded like there was loose change inside. After opening and taking out the heatsink, I noticed there were fingerprints on the top of the heatsink. Additionally, some pages of the instructions were missing, specifically the AM4 socket instructions that I needed to follow for my install. After going through the effort of tracking down a PDF of the manual, and screwing all the mounts on, I finally realized that there was another missing item: the thermal paste. I would recommend buying this product NOT from Amazon, but from a local seller if you dont want to go through a similar situation.
