Noctua NH-C14S, Premium CPU Cooler with NF-A14 PWM 140mm Fan (Brown)

EDIT 5/7/2023 - Dropping down to 4 stars because it is basically impossible to change some high profile RAM sticks with this cooler attached, especially if it is a AM4 build where you cant change the cooler orientation.

I went with the NH-C14S due to advertised limitations on cooler height with my Cooler Master Silencio 352 mATX case. I found out later that a taller cooler may have fit, but I dont regret the choice.

My second noctua cooler, excellent quality and function well. Come with all the tools, making installation a breeze.

Quality construction, easy install and very quiet!

Went through 2 other coolers before landing on this one, returned because they were too large. This was exactly what I was looking for in a mid tower build. Great product!

This is a FANtastic product from a FANtastic company. Everything from the motherboard mounts to all the little things included such as a extender for the fan power and a tube of thermal paste. I had a couple of questions and their Customer support staff is AWESOME!

I bought this one for my sons computer, since I am really impressed by the performance of the NH-D15. This is way nicer looking CPU Cooler than the NH-D15 and the temperature performance is just few degrees higher. I guess beauty has its price. Anyhow, I offered my son my NH-D15 for this one, and he refused. I told him that the NH-D15 is more capable, more expensive, but no. My son says that he also cares how his PC looks. All in all, if this CPU can handle my sons AMD nuclear power station (his computer is hot), I am highly recommending it.

I am using this on a 2700X CPU and a Tomahawk B450 Board and right now it is running at 105 degrees F ... It is quiet but then again I am not a gamer but it seems to do the job ... even when my CPU is maxed out I have only seen the temp. in the 120 Degree area, wish I could say the same for my GPU ... but it is a older one, to be replaced soon... If you have a M/ATX case it wont fit, I can tell you from experience ... one way it gets interfered with by the Blue Ray Drive and the other way by the rear fan... it is a big unit ... I see people complain about the colors of the fan, if that is the case order a 140MM that you like but I really like a quietness and I have maxed it out.... You can mount the fan on the top or on the bottom and yes it clears the memory .... Hope this helps guide your decisions ... I am really beginning to think on these reviews that some people just like to downgrade everything ... I am happy with everything in my system

Cuando los instales te recomiendo quitar el ventilador, por que en las aletas de aluminio tiene un par de huecos para atornillar la base del cooler, pero el ventilador tapa uno de los huecos no importa en que posicion lo coloques. Me redujo unos 10 grados del ryzen 2600x comparado con el cooler de fabrica
