My hamster has never had any issue prior to switching to this sand. After just a couple weeks my hamsters skin is so dry she is scratching, walking awkwardly and all around in huge discomfort. I thought it was mites but it was just this sand!

My hamsters both love this sand. I have little bowls for them to play in and its clean and nice and soft. Really perfect. I use a slotted teaspoon to scoop out clumps each night and its perfect. Highly recommend this.

Im so glad for the dust bath! My tiny bear Artemis uses it as a litter box, her enclosure stays so much cleaner! The dust itself doesnt have a scent and no extra dustiness in the air.
