> 3 dayWe place this sand in one of the Niteangel bowls and our hamster loves it. He immediately potty trained himself to pee in here and it makes life so much easier. I only have to clean the sand out to keep his area smelling nice. The sand is smooth and quality. Better then the sand at our local beaches!

31-10-2024Such a fine grain of sand. My hamsters love it. Their coat is so soft after roll around in it. No dust at all, so there is no worries of it causing harm to their little lungs. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayMy hamsters love this!!! They didn’t know anything about sand or a sand bath and now they are putting that in their everyday routine. Awesome buy. When I run out I’m definitely ordering more

> 3 dayThis stuff condenses into a big clump of urine within a couple of days and makes the whole room reek. This is the worst sand weve tried. Others are much better!

> 3 dayI have a lot of problems with small flies / fungus gnats in the house, which hatch on top of the soil in my houseplants. The only real solution is some sterile sand on top of the soil (which also helps with drainage). But I dont want a 20-pound bag of it. I know this product is pet sand, and I am ASSUMING this is sterile sand. This was a good solution - small bag, clean and sterile. Still a bit expensive, but it worked. No flies yet!

Greater than one weekDo not buy. I have three hamsters all in separate containers and figured I would try the sand being it was a bigger bag. After one potty, the entire sand section absorbs it and becomes hard and like wet sand at the beach. Horrible odor, Extremely hard to clean up, You can turn the container sideways and even upside down and the sand doesn’t move. hamster disapproves. Hamsters tried knocking the cloud container over the first day, they’ve never done that before. Sand also seems oily, I know that doesn’t make sense but it does. Wish I can return and get my money back, horrible product. Would give a negative number review If I could.

> 3 dayMy hamster has no idea what to do with this sand…lol, but the quality is great and worth the money.
