This stuff is truly a Godsend! I happened to read about it on a BabyCenter.com forum when I was searching desperately for something to help with our 2-year olds constipation. We had tried everything! Miralax worked, but made her go 5-7 times per day and she would get rashes. I think she was still trying to hold it in. Anyway, Miralax, Pedialax, Milk of Magnesia, Benefiber, Citrucel, (of course fiber and hydration were the first things we tried), mineral oil, we tried it all. Finally we had to resort to enemas when her belly would get so hard. After holding her down and hearing her scream, we were traumatized and I said, Thats IT! Weve got to find something that will help her! We heard about this, ordered it and started giving her half a capsule in some yogurt or applesauce nightly (she weighed about 25 lbs). It was truly miraculous. In 2 days her compacted bowels emptied without cramping and pain or diarrhea. She was no longer trying to hold it in. It didnt make things to runny like with the Miralax. It was just NORMAL. We couldnt believe it. Shes been taking them ever since at night with some fiber gummies (it seems to work best together like that). Shes now 3, goes on the toilet every day, and happily takes her Nighttime Medicine just before bed each night. This stuff seriously saved us. We showed it to her pediatrician, by the way, and got his blessing for her to take it. He said its pretty much the same active ingredient as Milk of Magnesia, but it sure works better. She weighs 30 lbs now and 1/2 capsule is still working fine.

Mag07 never disappoints when cleansing. You will find what your body can handle because it definitely does the job of eliminating waste. The only time I find discomfort is when there is blockage and it is moving it out. Make sure to read directions and follow them so you can get the results.

Ive battled severe constipation my entire life, due to a genetic connective tissue disorder. Everything else Ive tried eventually stopped working. An Instagram friend told me about this and Im SO glad I tried it. I have to take 5 capsules every day in order to go, but the average person wont have to take that much. I am relieved to have found a less expensive alternative to the competitor that actually works and appears to be in stock regularly. My frustration with the OxyP. brand was the high price( double the cost of Mag O7) and availability was often limited. Our intestines are created to self clean and maintain themselves. But occasionally we foul things up with medications,stress or poor diets. Directions: At Bed time with 8-12 oz water Serving Size is 3 capsules , I have never needed to go beyond that amount on one day. However the directions do indicate you may take up to 5 capsules per day. I strongly recommend you do not do that during the work week or prior to an important engagement. *I personally take my capsules in the morning along with the glass of water. I find that my physical activity (bending and stretching,walking etc.) throughout my day aids in the process of elimination* Tips: MagO7 is not a weight loss drug, dont be silly. It is for assistance with constipation and helps move things along. For the love of all thats holy consult your physician if you are experiencing pain or long term digestive problems before you try these supplements. Be sensible about your eating habits. We are not garbage disposals. Calories in calories out. This product works much better if you are actually drinking water throughout your day ( not milk shakes, mocha lattes with whipped cream etc.) (Most people underestimate how much water they consume in one day.) If youre using this stuff, you should feel comfortable reading reviews about bowel movements! ;-) Im a female, 54, 119 lbs. and the first night I started these, I thought Id kick things off with the maximum recommendation of 5 capsules...a HUGE mistake! Within hours (in the middle of the night, mind you), I was running back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea. Looking back, I should have started off a bit slower to see how my body reacted to this stuff. Once I figured the right dose out for a cleanse (I just need 3), I was able to sleep through the night and use the bathroom at my own leisure upon waking. My BMs were somewhere between soft and diarrhea but I was going much more regularly, not urgently. Following a night of Mag07, I would start my day with Pearls IC probiotics and found that this a great combo! Upon completetion of the 10-day cleanse, I have continued to take 1 capsule before bed for maintenance. My insides have never felt better which of course, have reflected on the outside! My belly feels flat and my digestive system no longer feels stopped up. I swear, I can actually feel my body utilizing vitamins that I used to feel pass right through, never fully absorbing. Ill also say that taking care of your intestinal tract is the base of a strong immune system. While everyone else has started getting colds and the flu, I remain illness-free and full of energy! I love this product and I tell everyone about it!

I have IBS and this is the only thing that helps me pass food through my system. Take it with metamucil if your stools are pure water.
