I have had a serious problem with constipation for over 20 years, most of the time I felt horrible. I constantly asked my doctor for help to correct this issue. I am one of those people that have tried everything to get my system going nothing really works.I have done colonics, I have done detoxes, Ive increased my fiber, I tried cutting out beef and pork, I eat more fruits and vegetables, yet I still had digestive issues. I came across the green smoothie diet and decided to try it along with this product. Hallelujah!!! I loved the process! I had a very loose bowel movement every morning without cramping (the first time is kind of scary, but you get used to it), then I would have another smaller movement within a hour or so. I would go periodically during the day, but nothing major and I always had time to get to a restroom (thank God!!!). After the 10 days I had lost 12 pounds and my stomach was noticeably smaller, but the best part was that I felt so much better, not bloated or heavy and sluggish and a week after I still was having bowel movement on my own. I began a maintenance program, I take one pill every night before bed and I take five pills once a month. I plan to do the 10 day green smoothie cleanse once a year. I continue to eat healthier and I purchased a Fitbit and try to do 10000 steps everyday. This product has help me with my chronic constipation and helped me with my lifestyle change.

If youre using this stuff, you should feel comfortable reading reviews about bowel movements! ;-) Im a female, 54, 119 lbs. and the first night I started these, I thought Id kick things off with the maximum recommendation of 5 capsules...a HUGE mistake! Within hours (in the middle of the night, mind you), I was running back and forth to the bathroom with diarrhea. Looking back, I should have started off a bit slower to see how my body reacted to this stuff. Once I figured the right dose out for a cleanse (I just need 3), I was able to sleep through the night and use the bathroom at my own leisure upon waking. My BMs were somewhere between soft and diarrhea but I was going much more regularly, not urgently. Following a night of Mag07, I would start my day with Pearls IC probiotics and found that this a great combo! Upon completetion of the 10-day cleanse, I have continued to take 1 capsule before bed for maintenance. My insides have never felt better which of course, have reflected on the outside! My belly feels flat and my digestive system no longer feels stopped up. I swear, I can actually feel my body utilizing vitamins that I used to feel pass right through, never fully absorbing. Ill also say that taking care of your intestinal tract is the base of a strong immune system. While everyone else has started getting colds and the flu, I remain illness-free and full of energy! I love this product and I tell everyone about it!

My digestive system is tough but this product works! It doesnt cramp my stomach or give me unexpected urges.

I do like the product, but unfortunately I never received the shipment.
