I have had a serious problem with constipation for over 20 years, most of the time I felt horrible. I constantly asked my doctor for help to correct this issue. I began a maintenance program, I take one pill every night before bed and I take five pills once a month. I plan to do the 10 day green smoothie cleanse once a year. I continue to eat healthier and I purchased a Fitbit and try to do 10000 steps everyday. This product has help me with my chronic constipation and helped me with my lifestyle change.

This is a very fast, effective gentle cleanser. I did not get all cramped up as some cleanser do. Dont eat anything for about an hour before you use this product. I take 5 capsules with a large glass of water. In the morning your tummy will or mine made gurgling sounds and I got up as usual to go to the bathroom in the morning and whoosh. LOL. But no cramping! Went about my morning routine before getting ready for work. Made coffee sat at my laptop and I got that feeling I needed to go to the bathroom, (hint-DO NOT WAIT) went to the bathroom and whoosh. And all done. I did notice that first day if I got the feeling of wanting to pass gas I did go to the bathroom and glad I did. However, no stomach cramping, nothing. I am on my third bottle and the first time I used it I took 5 capsules every night for four days. Once your system is cleaned out you dont need to do this for that long. Now I take 5 capsules two days in a row about every 2-3 weeks. And I still eliminate every day, so it does not interfere with your normal body functions as some cleaners or laxatives will. Your body does not rely on this to help eliminate! Highly recommend this product for a full body cleanser and maintenance!

I am so happy to finally have a product that works and doesn’t have the cramps that comes with most things I have used all my life. I will soon be 75 and my Mom started us all off with herb teas etc from a young age. My Mom was raised on a farm so learn to cook straight from the garden & butcher. Growing up we also always had a big garden and raised our own grass fed beef, chickens etc. Plus living in Florida we had our own fresh fruit of a big variety. We ate well. Fresh milk, butter, cheese etc. But we all suffered with gut issues and constipation. Finally I have a product that works right. I’ve read all the reviews and can relate to most of them. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you.

I cant stand taking exlax and will only do so in a pinch as it gives horrid cramps with little results. This stuff? It works. For best results, take the pills on an empty stomach and take some lemon juice in a full glass of warm water with them to get them going. I am sure the golden dosage varies from person to person. One tablet may work immediately for some while others need 6-7 a day for a couple of days. So start out low and increase the dose if no effect. If I am seriously in need of clearing out, I will take 5 of these babies along with about 3-4 pills of cascara sagrada (usually found at wal-mart and cheap). Expect to stay home. This is usually after being on vacation and coming home with a bloated, constipated belly from restaurant food. I used to take the Oxypowder pills and swore by them but this is a cheaper option and also works. I have read reviews on this product on other websites giving it low ratings...because it was not an effective weight loss tool. Seriously? Dont take this as a diet pill! Its not a diet pill...any weight loss is your own feces stored in your colon, not the fat on your thighs. Its for constipation. Use it for that.

The first time I purchase this product, I was very happy with the cleanse and actually, saw a weight loss. The second time I ordered Mag07, the package label had changed and the product didnt work as well, as my first order. Not sure if the product changed as the label did...I had previous bragged so much about the product and thought that perhaps it was just me. So I gave a friend a few to try, she said, the product didnt work for her either.

This was a natural resource for constipation. I am an extreme anemic and when I tell you my iron infusions makes me, well not able to go, its an uncomfortable feeling. I took this at 7pm with an 8 oz glass of water and it worked like a charm. I took 3, but Im afraid to increase it. I think it may make me a little bit too regular. This product is something I continue to use on an ongoing basis and it is of help some of the time. It is not always as effective as I would like it to be. Some days I find I have to take more capsules than it states to take and other days I do not. Ill be honest, I dont really understand how it works, when it works. I know it is magnesium based and somehow releases oxygen into the digestive tract on a time-released basis which creates a stool softening effect. I deal with IBS and spasms. Ive had people tell me to use this or that and it will work. They promise me, but truthfully our bodies are all different and what works for one does not always work for another. Ive actually used this product quite a bit and have hesitated to write a review because I dont want to dissuade others from trying it to see if it will work for them because it might be the best thing youve ever tried. I have a difficult digestive system that seems to march to its own drum and does what it wants and I will say this product has been the most helpful of many I have tried over the years. Spasming creates problems no matter what a person tries. If you have them, you know this. I think the better the diet and the more consistent one is in exercising the more effective a product like this is. Discussing ones elimination system is quite taboo, but the truth is, if it doesnt work right it can make us very sick so it is important for it to work. I hope if you try it you find it works very well for you.

The most effective digestive detox product that I’ve found (and I’ve used a lot). Similar products have left me feeling depleted. While I can definitely feel that magO7 is working (very effectively) it’s not aggressive to the point of being unpleasant or uncomfortable. Ive battled severe constipation my entire life, due to a genetic connective tissue disorder. Everything else Ive tried eventually stopped working.
