I liked that the cap can be screwed back on. It took me a bit to figure out it screwed off though. Pulling didn’t work.

Haven’t used the product in the end. But heard from recommendations that it’s good.

Tried and true, ive been using this forever and my preferred thermal paste for cpu chip. It actually has silver in it so it conducts heat well however, its also conductive. Thats why i recommend this for cpus because there arent a lot of thing that can short out around the cpu on a motherboard compared to a gpu. dont use this on a gpu because it has many tiny components around the gpu chip that could short if you happen to put too much on, and go to clean it later only to smear it on other components.

I’ve been using Arctic silver 5 for years now. It’s the only thermal compound that I’ll use at this point. Works great for water cooling or air cooling and doesn’t dry out fast. This particular lot of it comes with a spreader so that’s a bonus but personally I’ve never had a use for one. It’s reasonably thick but spreads nice. As an added note, this also works well to attach a waterblock to a GPU.

Thermal paste works well. Applied it to the APU of my PS4 thats just over 5 years old, now I dont hear the howling of the fan and I can actually play a game for longer than 3 minutes before my system shuts down. Been playing MGS 5 (late to the game, obviously) for hours on end and the PS4 stays cool, thanks to the thermal paste.

Good product but expensive. There are another products cheaper without the brand Artic Silver.
