Sad that upgrading memory is not a option.

Problem with its battery life. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 laptop i ordered would never turn on for the first time, no matter how long I keep the battery charger plug it came with plugged in. I even had to order a replacement charger plug to see if that was the problem was the charger. Turns out the problem had something to do with the laptop itself, both charger cables (which were exactly the same) worked on charging my iPhone, but neither would charge the Surface Pro. I had to have it sent back to get a refund.

I had a lot of hope switching from HP to Microsoft. I thought that getting the top of the line laptop would be faster and have longer battery life.

My daughter simply loves this laptop

Purchased as a replacement for old Surface with a broken screen. I could be wrong, but it was hard to find a Surface Laptop 4 on short notice and this one seems to have fit the bill.

I believe this company intentionally sold me a defective product and are now telling me to go through Microsoft for a refurbished laptop. Unacceptable!! This laptop only lasted 3 months!!

Most that buy this will want to upgrade immediately to Windows 11. I did.

I bought this computer for my daughter for college. It’s was affordable and functional. She absolutely loves it! I was a bit skeptical because I am a Mac girl but this computer proved me wrong. It proved to be just A’s wonderful as a Mac. Very happy with this purchase!

Obviously Microsoft has a group of these laptops floating around, being sold, that are bad. They should be recalled. The battery is bad. It stops being able to charge after a few days. The laptop stopped booting up after two weeks. This was a brand new laptop that died. If you check reviews around the internet, this has happened to a lot of this model
