The number of ports are limited. The camera can be improved. It would also be nice to have another camera on the cover like a Surface Pro since there is a chance to host a hybrid meeting nowadays. The screen bezel is wider than their competitors, but it is perfectly fine to me because it is still narrow enough. Although it is a 13.5, the screen appears to be bigger because of ratio aspect MS chose to use. I really like this extra screen space. The ice blue color is just so beautiful beyond words. The Alcantara keyboard is so comfortable and such a joy to type on. It is pretty too. I think the Surface Laptop 4 is an excellent choice for people who prefers a Windows platform.

Be careful with amazon on this one. Nowhere did the description call out refurbished. When I got it I already lost 6 mo the of warranty then I noticed on the back there was a sticker stating congrats for giving this item a second try.

I had a lot of hope switching from HP to Microsoft. I thought that getting the top of the line laptop would be faster and have longer battery life.

Purchased as a replacement for old Surface with a broken screen. I could be wrong, but it was hard to find a Surface Laptop 4 on short notice and this one seems to have fit the bill.

I boubht from microsoft, but saw a review that commented on nice to have palm rest. I thinks so far that is the best thing about the use of this 15 inch surface laptop 4. It allows me to find a place on the keyboard where I can position my palms comfortably which helps me try with fewer errors.

I am an active duty military member and I bought this laptop in order to support my job, teleworking, and college classes. It worked great. I could do everything I needed to and more!

I like everything about the product. Aluminum body, lightweight, battery charger with USB port. Battery life is very good and CPU power is very good. Face recognition for login is superb.
