The silver one is not Silver as you can see my picture it’s like an off gray light blue purple, a color, which is really sad because I was looking forward to having a silver suitcase

I just bought this not long ago. Use this for my Japan trip about 9 days. I was kind expect the luggage could have problems with using it on different condition. For example, with heavy content inside, snow and very cold weather condition, etc. But the item is still working as new. I am very surprise and very happy with my purchase.

Bought this for trip to Europe. Not as light as previous suitcase but not bad. I thought it was great not to have zipper closures. Terrible. The closing mechanisms jammed each time and we had to pry them open. The suitcase was not overly full, but it would not open. I will not but this kind again. Terrible waste of money.

We have had this bag less than a year and it has cracked and has a bend in it and now won’t close. We have another one just a tad bit older with same issues. We also have the large size which is very, very heavy which makes it tough to travel with. We have two medium ones now less than a year old both useless. Do better!

The luggage is fantastic and worth 10 stars. Amazon offer for 40% off when using AmEx points is a scam. I followed all the requirements, activation, etc but no discount. Customer service is no help telling me to call AmEx. I made an Amazon purchase Amazon should honor promotion shown. !

Took this on a two day trip to Europe and it was a wonderful traveling bag, big enough for a suit and variety of clothing. Good quality, wheels, reinforced edges. Very nice indeed!

Coolife is a good brand for the price. The luggage is light weight and well made for what we pay. It seems like it will stand up to travel on the airlines, but we will see.
