My actual first suitcase purchase for me, ever.

We went to the middle east on vacation, the case survived 7 plane flights, 3 bus trips and one boat trip.

The customer service was quite impressive by Coolife. They immediately contacted me and offered to replace my suitcases since one of the wheels came off. However I was not in the US and won’t be for a while so they offered to give me a full refund ! Which I accepted.

Best suitcase I ever purchased. Lightweight. Having 2 sides once it is opened, it holds way more than I expected.

I purchased the large-size Coolife Luggage Aluminium Frame suitcase (28 in.) for an upcoming trans-pacific trip. We needed a sturdy and rigid suitcase without zipper and TSA lock (for added security) that would last a long time. We decided to go with this model based on the positive reviews we read on this product and the price point.

Loved this little suitcase for about 2 years. I don’t travel a lot but it was the perfect size for 3–4 days away. Then this week I was packed to leave early in the morning and the lock seized. The latches would not close. One side closed and then the other side would not. At that point I had to take a screwdriver and force open the lock, repack another suitcase so I could get to the airport.

Awesome luggage case. The case is durable and has wheels for easy movement.

I love it!

The suitcase made it one way on to our destination wedding. The locking mechanism is super flimsy. We had to have the suitcase wrapped shut on our return trip. God bless the person who took it from our trash when we returned home.
