> 24 hourDefective lock and packing scraps inside luggage (thin strips of cardboard and styrofooam that seem to have no purpose inside. Clearly a returned item. Once you switch the lock back to A the combo numbers don’t move anymore. Amazon accommodating exchange but pain when flight is in just a few days.

> 24 hourVery nice luggage! It comes well packaged and it looks like a million bucks! It has all the compartments you need for your trip. I love the details. I will be purchasing the set because it’s so stylish! Love it! I highly recommend it and for the price tag, it really is a steal.

> 24 hourthe suitcase, when I filled it with things, could not be locked at all. Its a waste of money to buy this product.

> 24 hourDurable materials and glides very very well. Its very difficult to keep it closed though. Keeps opening up although I did not completely pack the bag. The latches do not close well.

> 24 hourWas looking for a sturdy piece of luggage to bring with me for a 3 week trip to South Asia, and this checks every box on my list. Its sturdy, spacious, made of quality materials, and looks great. I havent gone on my trip yet so keep in mind this review is for an untested suitcase, but my hunch is that it will hold up fine. This suitcase is great, but one recommendation I have for Coolife would be to make a 26in version I would get one if it existed.

> 24 hourI bought this luggage set about 2 and a half years ago and I use them for international travel several times a year. The quality is pretty good and they are also stylish. One downside of the design is that it has no zipper so when you try to close it, its easy for something to get stuck between the edges and stick outside the suitcase. And sometimes the suitcase wont close and youll know something is stuck. So its was kind of a learning process to make sure nothing is around the edges when you close it. On my last trip, one of the wheels got kind of stuck and stopped turning as well and then when I picked it up from the luggage claim, one of the wheels came off so there were only 3. Luckily its still rollable with only 3 wheels for the remainder of the trip. But I do have to replace it now. So I think overall the quality is not great, but acceptable for the price point.

> 24 hourI have NEVER written a bad review… EVER! I was extremely disappointed in this purchase. I initially bought it because I needed new luggage and this reminded me a lot of my rimowas but obviously a fraction of the cost, also much lighter & functional. So I thought… The latch on the suitcase broke after one use. I had to pay for it to be plastic wrapped traveling home from my trip because it would only adhere on one side. I wasn’t able to even return it because it was a a day past my return window so I literally had to take it to the dump. I guess you get what you pay for but I would NOT recommend. This luggage is not durable.

> 24 hourPrefect size for traveling. Some airplanes allowed it as a carryon but others made my check at the gate. My girlfriend loved it, so she took it. I had to buy another one.

> 24 hourAdvertised as 28, the bag is closer to 30. Presumably they dont measure the wheels. I see that nowhere in the information online is the weight mentioned. It is close to 20 lb, which is a lot when your checked bag has a weight limitation of 50. Im also picturing it in a small airport hotel room as being difficult to manage. Not sure it will fit and be able to open on a typical luggage rack. It is attractive (brand new, anyway) and the snap closing works well. Because its so tall, I cant picture balancing a tote bag on top. It would have to squish down to 10. Im debating whether to keep or exchange. Will update if I keep it as to performance.
