> 24 hourlmnt is mostly sodium which is the easiest salt to get in our diets or have around the house, and it makes all their drinks taste bad cause they taste salty. this flavor it kind of works cause your brain thinks oh this must be a dark chocolate sea salt hot cocoa, so this flavor is good but their cheap ratio ruins all their other flavore. If you have ever tried the three salts on their own the manganese (i think, i might have this swapped with potassium, i forget which) tastes just like lemon so having a higher ratio of it makes citrus flavors taste right. Also the other two salts are the ones harder to find. Sorry for the rant but in summation this one is okay because of the cocoa but if you want a better tasting citrus and a better ratio then try IQ Mix

> 24 hourThis is my favorite flavor of all the LMNTs. I always drink it hot in a hot chocolate mug and its like a salty hot chocolate. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside year-round. When Im working, I sweat a lot and my hands start cramping. I make my salty, hot chocolate, and within five minutes, no more cramping.

> 24 hourFlavor is fantastic. There is no aftertaste, nor is there anything sticky or syrupy in your throat as you consume. Very good.

> 24 hourI love LMNT. I race, bikes and trail run a ton – probably too much. I have suffered for years (more than a decade) from muscle cramps – during races, after races, randomly, during training, etc. They have plagued me in the most inopportune moments, like in the finishing moments of a race forcing me to grind to a halt and miss wins, while driving or in business meetings, and in my compression boots (one of the most unpleasant experiences I can remember). Before my current heavy training block before heading to Europe, I finally decided to give LMNT a try. I haven’t cramped a *single* time since then, even when extremities have been in circumstances and positions that prompt cramping with near 100% certainty. On top of the therapeutic effects, the flavor is outstanding—watermelon, citrus, orange, raspberry are all delicious (orange is my least favorite), with a pleasant aftertaste after the saltiness wears off. What has made me a disciple is that they give you the ingredients and ratios on their website so you can make it yourself. Totally transparent, with nothing to gain. Their transparency, the therapeutic effects, and the great flavors keep me coming back for more of these convenient packs. I’ll be a customer for a very long time.

> 24 hourI am normally using the unflavored version of this and decided to get watermelon to try during my non fasting window. Not a fan of the fact that it has natural flavor to begin with but it is still way better than many other brands or there. The flavor however is way too intense for me, I literally can not handle it. It is overpowering, way too sweet. I do not use our eat sugar or many sweet things to begin with neither do I use stevia on a regular basis and so for me it is a regular purchase. Will get more of unflavored packets though

> 24 hourI noticed after 3 days that I had swelling today in my ankles. Im hoping its not related to lmnt. My headaches have gotten better. Gonna do more research to see what the side effects of lmnt is.

> 24 hourI don’t drink enough water and I sometimes feel light headed; especially later in the day. The electrolytes get me back on track quickly.
