I enjoy this chocolate LMNT hot and cold with the Salty AF ratio. Its a great way to get electrolytes and I appreciate that it is sugar-free.

These are the best electrolytes I have ever found. I love that they are keto & paleo friendly and don’t have artificial coloring. They keep me hydrated and my blood pressure does not drop when I stand up. This is a big help to someone like me who has been diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension.

Flavor is fantastic. There is no aftertaste, nor is there anything sticky or syrupy in your throat as you consume. Very good.

I love LMNT. This is my favorite flavor so far. It’s not spicy, but definitely has a bit of chili flavor to balance the sweet of the mango. Great for hydration.

Sparkling seltzers? Nah, not that kinda spicy water. This the good stuff. Gives you energy and doesnt afraid of anything. For real tho, I only drink this flavor. Other flavors are dog water. Only spicy water for me.

We enjoy chocolate LMNT with coffee! We saw some different recipes for coffee with LMNT. We used 1/2 teaspoon with cream in coffee. Yum!

I got clued into this product from a friend and once I tried it, I couldnt have been more pleased. I live a very active lifestyle of hiking, fishing and hunting, but I often neglect proper hydration with the help of electrolytes. One of the reasons is that my system doesnt handle sugar very well, so finding a zero sugar approach to better hydration that still tastes great and I can add to re-usable water bottles is a big win for me. Ive definitely noticed a reduction in muscle cramping and faster recovery from challenging hikes as Ive started using this product. All the flavors are pretty good, but Im partial to chocolate!

I used the flavor packet for a 64oz bottle and it was the perfect ratio for me. When I use a liquid IV with the same bottle, the flavor tastes more diluted than I would like.
