I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome aka POTS, which makes my blood pressure be super low, daily. I do take RX meds too but that alone isnt enough. LMNT is a great product, I have tried so many of their flavors. The chocolate is one of my favorites. I just mix it in water and I love that it is 1000mg of sodium. Liquid IV only has 512mg of sodium in a serving and tons of sugar, which is one reason I LOVE LMNT so much. I actually had gone a couple months or so not drinking LMNT, and doing Propel instead. Bad idea! I am back on LMNT. It is WELL worth the money and does so much more than Propel, Liquid IV, etc do. Watermelon and Raspberry are two other flavors I really like. Just two days ago I had a terrible fainting episode, where I hit my head on my bathroom floor. I didnt have my LMNT yet, but it came just in time, the next day. Its making a substantial difference in keeping my blood pressure stabilized. I love LMNT. Will keep buying it for as long as the company is around.

lmnt is mostly sodium which is the easiest salt to get in our diets or have around the house, and it makes all their drinks taste bad cause they taste salty. this flavor it kind of works cause your brain thinks oh this must be a dark chocolate sea salt hot cocoa, so this flavor is good but their cheap ratio ruins all their other flavore. If you have ever tried the three salts on their own the manganese (i think, i might have this swapped with potassium, i forget which) tastes just like lemon so having a higher ratio of it makes citrus flavors taste right. Also the other two salts are the ones harder to find. Sorry for the rant but in summation this one is okay because of the cocoa but if you want a better tasting citrus and a better ratio then try IQ Mix

I enjoy this chocolate LMNT hot and cold with the Salty AF ratio. Its a great way to get electrolytes and I appreciate that it is sugar-free.

Were now signed up for auto-renewal because he says it works so great. He plays high-level hockey and needs a great product and hes very impressed with this. If youre an athlete, its worth checking out.

Ive a medical condition that causes me to get very dizzy all the time. Im required to drink electrolytes and supplements to help me each day. So I found these and mix them with my g fit and 2 tspns of magnesium. They mix together well. I do wish this brand had a little more in it for the cost though. By itself, I thought it was tangy.

I am super impressed with this product. It is by far the best brand on the market. The flavor is out of this world. There is no nasty artificial flavor and the powder dissolves perfectly. I got the watermelow salt and it is so delicious!!! Does make you really thirsty though. They are a little pricey, so not sure I will buy them regularly

Flavor is fantastic. There is no aftertaste, nor is there anything sticky or syrupy in your throat as you consume. Very good.

Chocolate salt LMNT seems less intense salty tasting than the fruity flavors to me but it works just the same. Big fan!
