LG 27MK400H-B Monitor 27” Full HD (1920x1080) TN Display, AMD FreeSync Technology, Dynamic Action Sync, Black Stabilizer, On Screen Control - Black

I did like most and thought to myself I dont need to double my cost just to buy a 4k, after all, who can really tell the difference? I was wrong, and now Im out the first-half of the money on this underwhelming monitor on top of it. Everything about this monitor is just subpar, I wouldnt even call it mediocre. In fact, after messing with the settings for over an hour, and applying blue light filters, the image is STILL as awful as out of the box and somehow still maintains a pierce your retina blue hue. I am blown away LG allowed this product to have its logo on it, yikes. Let me sum this up in a short accurate way: This monitor is so hard to look at, reminding me of 16-bit video games from the 1980s, that it literally blocks the sun in my offices window, and thats ALL its used for -- literally. I tried turning it on again last night after owning it for several months, and I literally couldnt use it, it looks like a garbage heap of pixels and blue light. So now I have an expensive paperweight, and I do all my video editing on my 13.5 i7 Windows machine. Avoid at all costs no matter how low they sell this thing to unload it.

This monitor DOES NOT have internal speakers. It should be advertised somewhere so customers know. You have been warned.

Using this as an add on monitor for my very small laptop! Works great!

If your looking for high end quality, this is not it. You get what you pay for. With that said, Its a great monitor for the price. My wife uses it for work and it has worked great.

The monitor works well but only if I change the color settings using my graphics cards software to change the color temperature to cool. None of the settings on the monitor seem to fix the problem of the colors being noticeably tinted yellow throughout (see photo, where the monitor on the left is a more saturated color of yellow compared to the right). Without graphics card software, I could not recommend this monitor. It has many useful features such as a headphone jack and AMD Freesync, but it should not take some third party software that does not come with the monitor to fix it.
