This monitor works as expected. Great picture quality. I already have this monitor and bought another for extended display. I would recommend it.

After using for the past 4 months the screen now goes black every few seconds. It is sporadic and may not happen at all on one day and 50 times the next. Customer call center is overseas and you are only getting someone reading off a script. They have no ability to transfer you to an actual tech. They just proclaim it fixed. If I had it to do again Id look for a different monitor. This just isnt worth the trouble.

I am pretty computer savvy, but it was a challenge to figure out how to do the set-up so that it would talk to my laptop. THEN it was a challenge to figure out how to turn it on and off. Documentation was not very helpful and the user control was not at all intuitive. Once I figured it out, I loved the picture quality, however!

Good value for this brand. Buying this 1080p monitor really makes me appreciate the other 4k stuff I own though.

I wanted a large monitor for working from home and this is the perfect size! The clarity is great!

Love this monitor! Very true to description that it is listed under and no problems with setup or anything like I have with previous monitor purchases that were not LG brand.
