Ive always liked Lenovo products and this one is no exception. Great little laptop for my teen to use at school

I absolutely love this chrome book. Very easy to use and navigate.

I received this and immediately noticed my new Chromebook had been opened as the seal was cut. Opening the box, the charger was just tossed in and I had no paperwork to go alongside like the other Lenovo book I had ordered. However, just like the other I could not complete setup after testing several networks, powerwashes to the OS with no resolution. Overall wanted to enjoy this, but an open box spelled trouble.

Gets done what my out of date Chromebook did. Cost was one third of former laptop. Watched movie on plane with acceptable display. I dont believe 12 hr battery life, but still substantial. Touch screen requires heavy touch compared to my phone. Would recommend for the not so power user.

Had all the functions you need. So far I dont dislike anything

So Ive had this computer for about a month now. The first one arrived with a faulty touchscreen, but it was promptly replaced without issue. The hardware of the new one seems to work fine for the most part. There are some weird software glitches with this Chromebook OS though. I would say that at least 2/3 of the apps on the Google Play store dont seem to work correctly on this OS. Example: my Microsoft Outlook app wont let me select individual email accounts, regardless of whether I use my touchscreen or the mouse. I could cite a dozen more examples just like this, but frankly, I dont feel like its worth my time.

My mom uses it causally and enjoys it very well made
