This was for my 10 year old son...we had it for 1 year so far and its still like new. Nothing wrong with it and he uses it everyday. Great quality and very very durable. Love how you can use it as touchscreen. Its great and my son loves it as well.

Design and speed

Bought this for my mother as a Christmas present. She has very basic needs for a computer: email, browsing, YouTube, Word, printing, and occasionally scanning.

The touch screen is garbage.

Touch screen works out of the box but after any Chrome OS upgrade, it breaks. It worked fine for first day, then the OS was upgraded and touchscreen stopped working. I did a Powerwash reset to get the ChromeOS back to the original version. Touchscreen worked fine for a few weeks. Automatic OS update happened again last night and touchscreen again is not working. Going to return as the touchscreen stops working after any OS update so far.

A lot of people are complaining about the touch screen- I can understand why, as my touch screen stopped working for about a month October. But it began working just fine again some time in December. Aside from that, this laptop is nifty and Ive made great use of it for college so far. Ive had 10+ tabs open on it and it didnt stutter, and it doesnt heat up that much (or even drain that fast). I havent put it through a crap ton of stress, so I am not sure how much it could handle considering its specs, but its worked good for me so far. The screen quality is good for office/schoolwork, but dont expect anything spectacular out of it. It isnt a gaming laptop. Since Im not using it for anything graphical, I dont see an issue. It switches from laptop to touchscreen/tablet mode smoothly and without stuttering. Hopefully I continue to have good experiences with it, since it hasnt let me down so far.

This product is not worth the money it works as well as an 80 dollar tablet at best. the back space button on mine only works sometimes. I bought this product to use for school. It is not compatible with my printer I also just bought. The screen will freeze from time to time. I have noticed when I am on the internet it will have problems loading pages. I wouldnt order this again I wouldnt advise people to buy this because its cheaply made.

The first one I ordered had a defective touchscreen and I sent it back. The replacement worked for three days and the screen stopped functioning. Dont waste your money on this Lenovo Chromebook.

I bought this for my 11 year old and she loves it. She’s had it for a month now and the touch screen works perfect. She mostly just plays Roblox on it and then some other games.
