Lenovo Chromebook Flex 3 11 Laptop, 11.6-Inch HD IPS Display, MediaTek MT8173C, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, Chrome OS, Blizzard White

I bought it to watch youtube when traveling. First off, it is very bulky, probably due to the convertible form factor. Its almost as big as 13 laptop, with only 11 screen. But, the real problem for me is, the sound is way too small. Even at the maximum, its really barely audible during the day.

The touch pad work for one day and stopped. And the mouse pad is difficult to maneuver. My son needed a device for school and got 2 days use, he was so frustrated with this chromebook. I had to return it.

Touch screen just stopped working the second day I had it. Had to return it. Oh and I had to pay for shipping to return it. Wont be buying anything from this seller again.

I wouldve loved this chromebook if not for the fact that I cant use the touch screen functionality at all. Likely returning for just a more basic device.

I contacted Lenovo and Amazon to fix the touch screen but no use. Its so much stressful work. Waiting to fix and contact and another waiting to replacement.

I bought this for my 12 year old as a Christmas gift. It has good parental controls or restrictions for online use. I like the protection it has for kids.
