Kingston 480GB A400 SATA 3 2.5 Internal SSD SA400S37/480G - HDD Replacement for Increase Performance

I had been hearing about how amazing a solid state drive (SSD) is with your Windows OS installed on it, so I out this drive in my PC and did just this. My startup time went from about 2 minutes to 20 seconds, no exaggeration. Ive been ruined! Im a total snob now. I will NEVER buy another PC without an SSD in it. It changed my life. Ive been using this drive for over a year on almost a daily basis. It works great. Price was great, but I sort of wish Id sprung for one with a little more storage space.

Havent used it for gaming, but I DEFINITELY recommend this SSD for everything. It surpassed my expectations!

These are pretty nice SSDs for the price. I used one in a budget gaming PC I built to sell and another in an older Dell Optiplex being used as a Plex server. They both boot up nice and fast (Windows 10 and Kubuntu) and so far have been great. If youre not looking to spend a lot and just need something to give your OS a speed boost then these SSDs are a nice choice.

Works as it should, fast! The only problem is finding the cloning software thus 4 stars for install (download instructions not the best) but it works. Samsung software is great but 2 times the price Ill live with the inconvenience. Ive installed five in the last two years with no problems.

Most SSD drive I found do not last as long as the old spinner drives. My last 2tb spinning HHD lasted 14 years. The last SSD drive I bought lasted about 2 years, forcing me to buy this one. we will see, what level of quality this product has, soon.
