The reason for the one star is it stopped working after less than 2 months. I’ve never dropped it. It just froze on the same screen. Now I’m left without a monitor until I find a new one.

We absolutely love this monitor… so much so we purchased a second one for our play room! We l or the picture quality, wide angle lens and also the sound quality is great. The vox mode is a game changer for night time wakings!

VERY CUTE AND LIGHT WEIGHT PLEASED WITH PRODUCT HOWEVER PURCHASED 4...2 OF THEM KEEP TURNING OFF OR LOSING SIGNAL AND THE CHARGING CORD IS TOO SHORT - NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST A SIX-FOOT.

Note Review Edited: Purchased this in July and it worked great until about a month ago. In the last month the monitor continues to beep alert and display that the camera is out of range. We have tried repositioning it and moving it closer, but no matter it continues to beep and alert us it is out of range. We can not find anything about how to fix this issue in the manual or online and we have contacted customer service but have yet to receive a response. Customer service reached out to me and assisted in helping to fix the issue which could not be fixed on my device but offered and followed through on sending a new one. We have received the new video monitor and set it up and so far it is working great.

Love the system in general. I bought the initial system and then bought this camera as a 2nd add on and for some reason the volume is very low. I have tried everything and u can barely hear from this one. Im sure its a defect but i just opened it and its been to long since i bought it so now i cant do anything about it.

High quality monitor, app access, and everything functions very well. No disappointments.

Absolutely happy with this product for the price point. Everything connected automatically, has all the bells and whistles and seems of good great quality. I have only used the product for a couple weeks so i cannot speak for the longevity of the battery but so far i have only charged the monitor once. I did buy some 2” Velcro disks that fit perfectly on the bottom of the camera and was able to use to mount it to the crib and easily switch to the bassinet. I would recommend to anyone who reads this review. Don’t have to worry about WiFi and the monitor has some pretty good range. It reaches all the way down the driveway and into the street as well as from our detached garage. Happy Dad!

I use it to monitor my dementia patient in the other bedroom.
