This monitor is user friendly, has a great picture on it and the night vision is great.

Love this monitor! I just had my 3rd babe in march and switched to this monitor for the bigger screen. I ended up buying an extra camera so I could use the same monitor for my toddler and baby. The split screen is perfect when they are both napping! Would recommend!

Note Review Edited: Purchased this in July and it worked great until about a month ago. In the last month the monitor continues to beep alert and display that the camera is out of range. We have tried repositioning it and moving it closer, but no matter it continues to beep and alert us it is out of range. We can not find anything about how to fix this issue in the manual or online and we have contacted customer service but have yet to receive a response. Customer service reached out to me and assisted in helping to fix the issue which could not be fixed on my device but offered and followed through on sending a new one. We have received the new video monitor and set it up and so far it is working great.

This baby monitor works so well and with a long time in the power. The voice sounds pretty good. The night vision is clear too. recommend.

I purchased this for my daughter a few months ago and it just stopped working. It would have been a great camera had it worked for a bit longer. Update: I was contacted by customer service after posting my review and was told that they would be able to send me a new monitor and camera for free. They were very helpful and the process was ve tu easy. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. :)

The camera has a great quality picture. I did like how big the monitor is. However, it makes no sense. It has a white noise/lullably function that would be great if it worked on the camera for the baby not on the monitor for the parent!?!?! If turned on, the white noise is only audible from the parental monitor also while cancelling out the noise from the camera. So while its on you can not hear any noise coming from where baby is. How is that safe? An alarm does go off on the monitor if the sound reaches the set level on the camera but still that just makes no sense at all to me. The white noise should be for the baby not the parent! Also didnt like how the alarm can not be turned off completely. It also is very very sensitive, every time the central air would turn on it would set the alarm off. I will be returning this product. It sucks!!

Because it came with a stabilization bracket for the base I assumed it could be hung in a corner upside down, 45 degree angle etc but the bracket is for a flat 90 degree base from the wall. Also, there is no rechargeable battery so it always needs to be plugged in, hindering placement. The other issue is we bought this for our disabled daughter to have downstairs while she watched tv, babysitters whatever but the sound alarm threshold set on the lowest still picks up conversations even after adjusting. The picture and reception is great but its not flexible at all for installation or option to turn off sound alarm hence two stars

The reason for the one star is it stopped working after less than 2 months. I’ve never dropped it. It just froze on the same screen. Now I’m left without a monitor until I find a new one.

Worked great at first. Just over a year and it stopped connecting. We noticed over time the picture quality worsened as well. No wonder the warrantee only is for a year. Will not buy again or recommend.
