Greater than one week100% recommend this camera/monitor and the company! It is a great product and the company is great and easy to work with! My KAWA baby camera and monitor is so nice. It has excellent vision and even has great quality night vision so I can have it dark in my babys room but still get a good view of my baby. It also has a nice range so I can run outside real quick if I need to and can carry the monitor with me and keep an eye on the little. The sound feature is great so I can hear what is going on with my baby and there is even an alarm feature that you can use on the monitor if youd like but can also be turned off. I had a question about my camera and the customer support was great and emailed me back in a timely manner! This company and product is fantastic!

> 3 dayBecause it came with a stabilization bracket for the base I assumed it could be hung in a corner upside down, 45 degree angle etc but the bracket is for a flat 90 degree base from the wall. Also, there is no rechargeable battery so it always needs to be plugged in, hindering placement. The other issue is we bought this for our disabled daughter to have downstairs while she watched tv, babysitters whatever but the sound alarm threshold set on the lowest still picks up conversations even after adjusting. The picture and reception is great but its not flexible at all for installation or option to turn off sound alarm hence two stars

> 3 dayAfter a long research, I decided to buy this baby monitor for the VOX mode and the problem is that my baby sleeps with white noise and the sound detector it’s very sensitive, so the sound and image are always on. Very disappointed because I can’t sleep. I had another one from a different brand that would turn on only when my baby cried.

> 3 dayThis camera produces a clear, detailed image and crisp audio. It’s easy to set up— just plug and play. One of the best features is the ability to rotate the camera remotely to follow or search a room for a person (or thing). I used this feature many times when I was downstairs and the baby was upstairs. This is also one of the few cameras at this price point that enabled recording. (A separate memory chip is needed.) it was easy to record and playback. Finally, I wanted a system that was not Wi-Fi dependent. This camera works perfectly without the need to connect to wifi, and the range is long. This company has a fantastic customer service group that can be reached by email. They responded to each of my inquiries within 24 hrs and were super helpful.

12-11-2024I have 5 months old baby and it is hard to keep up with her now. In order to finish the household work, I have to utilize every minute of my time. With this baby camera, my life has been very easy now. I can put my baby in a bed and finish all my kitchen work without any worry about my daughter. I can put a monitor next to me in the kitchen area and view my baby live who is sleeping in her bedroom upstairs. I don’t have to go back and forth now. The best thing is that his camera does not need any apps to be downloaded. I just connect the camera cord into the wall port and turn on the monitor; that’s it. The transmission is also very stable even in the distance. The white noise effect is great too. The alarm sensitivity is best, as soon as the baby makes a little noise/cry I get a real-time sound alert on the monitor. The camera view can be controlled from the monitor- up and down and side to side. The two-way intercom allows me to soothe my baby quickly and remotely. I am glad I bought this baby monitor.

> 3 dayWhen I received the product it worked really well at first. Within about 30 to 60 days, I had an issue where the camera that came with it would no longer pair while a second one I bought seperately worked. I reached out to customer service and we did some troubleshooting through email. Once it was apparent that it could not be fixed, they sent me a replacement free of charge and still allowed me to keep the old one. They even said maybe I could get the old one to work and use three cameras. Great customer service, great product!

> 3 dayIt is a great monitor however it stopped working 2 months after purchase. I contacted Kawa and they helped me out right away by walking me through resetting it and having it function again. So far no more issues with the device. Also they sent me an sd card for my troubles. Would buy again
