This product is designed to provide an effective seal between doors and windows and the surrounding frame. One of the key benefits of this product is the high-quality materials used in its construction. The weather stripping is made from materials that are both elastic and durable, ensuring a long-lasting and effective seal. This weather stripping can withstand repeated opening and closing of doors and windows, making it a reliable investment for homeowners and business owners alike. Another significant advantage of this weather stripping is its excellent sealing performance. It provides a tight and secure seal, it can help to reduce heating and cooling costs and improve indoor comfort levels. The weather stripping also comes with a convenient adhesive backing, making it easy to install without the need for additional tools or equipment. The adhesive is strong enough to hold the weather stripping securely in place, ensuring that it remains in position and effective over time.

Im using it to seal some gaps in my server chassis. Not its intended use-case, but its working great for me. The adhesion is great, and the foam seems quite durable. Ive got plenty left over from the server project, and I will definitely be keeping it on hand for any other weather-sealing needs.

I used this on the bottom of my interior garage door that I could feel a draft under. Its tricky to get the right size - tight enough of a fit without making the door hard to close. I tried a couple of other sizes and this one finally did the trick. I dont love how it looks since it sticks out a little from under the door but I do love the draft being stopped. My dogs have pawed at the door a bit and torn a little piece of it, it still stops the draft but I dont know how well it will hold up to a dog household. If you dont have pesty little dogs, it would probably last years.

Ok, maybe this is not what it was meant for but I have two foot operated trash cans (trash and recycle) with metal lids under a quartz counter overhang that made an awful racket every time they were opened. I put a strip of this under the counter top and now it is almost silent. The adhesive on this weatherstripping is aggressive. I expect it to stay put as long as I want it there.

I ordered it you use to fill a gap around a recently installed lighting fixture connection box. You can cut as little as you need and keep the rest for later. Very east to work with and definitely serves its purpose.

My home is close to a century old and most all of it is the original such as all the window and door frames as well as the doors themselves. They are drafty which is okay as far as temperature usually as in a warm climate. Like all warm climates it also means many unwanted bugs. I have many sizes to use between house and garage so I got several rolls of different sizes. These strips are better than any I have used since at least the 70s (quality of everything pretty much has gone downhill). They are the most adhesive (be sure to follow the recommended instructions to remove the paper as it really helps) for sure. Personally, I would prefer a bit longer rolls for door ones. I haven’t bought any in years, so, perhaps this is the modern standard length sold. Anyway, I very much do recommend these for your doors and windows! Many sizes are available so measure and get the perfect size for you. Dont forget to choose the color for you too. :-)

I have been using this foam tape for a while now, and overall, it has been performing excellently. The foam is of good quality, and it has enough deflection to block air intrusion without interfering with the doors operation. Ive been using it for my garage door, but it can be used for various purposes. The adhesive is impressive and grips well, but the surface needs to be clean for it to work correctly. I have found that a quick wipe with rubbing alcohol helps to remove any lingering issues that could affect the glues adhesion. However, there are two minor issues that I have encountered. Firstly, the backing tape can be challenging to get started when peeling it off. I have tried using my fingernails, but unfortunately, they are too short to be of much help. Secondly, the tape has a strong plastic smell that I believe is due to the adhesive. Thankfully, the smell dissipates once the tape has been applied, so its not a long-term issue. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this foam tape for anyone looking for an effective and affordable solution for blocking air intrusion. Its impressive adhesive and quality foam make it ideal for various purposes. However, be prepared for a bit of struggle when peeling off the backing tape, and expect a strong smell that will eventually disappear.

This KAPOOSY Window Door Draught Excluder is something you never want to be without. Our front door seems to lose just enough of this insulation towards the bottom of the door to let cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer. Either way, it makes my utility bills higher, so I have to refit the door frame with new insulation at least twice a year.

Nice solid weather-stripping with strong adhesive. Actually almost too strong, it is a little difficult to reposition if it sticks in the wrong place. No problem. Just be careful with placement. The foam is also very stiff but pliable. I expect it to last a long time.

I used this to weather strip around all my old windows. It is easy to cut, sticks on easily, and seems like it will stay stuck. It has stopped all the draft. In a couple of places it was not thick enough, so I doubled up, placing one strip on top of another and it worked just fine. Im going to buy some more to make faux muntins and mullions. Will update the review when I get that done.
