> 3 dayI used this tape to seal a small gap between my garage door and the door jam. I was a little worried that the foam would not compress enough and might prevent the door from closing. However, the foam is pretty spongy and compressed easily. The adhesive seems very sticky and had no problem adhering to the door jam after I made sure to clean the surface with alcohol. I liked it so much that I used it to also improve the seal on some of my shed windows. Once you start looking for applications for this foam, you start seeing possibilities everywhere! My advice is to buy more than two rolls....I already blew through my rolls and will be ordering another set! Highly recommended!

Greater than one weekI was just before having to buy a new front door. I had bought several weather stripping products in the past and none of them lasted more then a few days. So when I saw this I figured I would give this one last try before I went and bought a new front door. When it arrived I took it out and measured the door frame, and cut the strip to fit. Then I took the backing off the stripping and went to sticking it to the frame of the door. Let me tell you, it has some serious stickiness to it. I learned from my first time to peel the backing as you are sticking it to the door other wise, it sticks to everything and you wind up wasting it. I then went to do the top of the door frame, the same process. It was simple and easy to install. Like I said, peel the backing as you are sticking the strip in place and you wont have any problems. I stepped back and closed the door and no longer saw any light coming through the cracks that was light before. I had about 14 -12 roll left after doing my door, so I saved that for an emergency purposes. But this stuff is amazing, it has stayed in place and kept me from having to replace my entire front door. I highly recommend this weather stripping for all your needs, it will save you and keep you from having to replace the door. It will withstand the test of time and stay in place. I am part of the vine program and received this product in return for my honest and fair opinion.

> 3 dayNote: This review is for both the 1/4W x 1/8T weather-stripping and the 1/2W x 1/4T weather-stripping. Just finished using this weather-stripping to seal the double doors at the entry of my house. Fairly dense material but not too dense. Its not the airy stuff that is too squishy and doesnt seal very well. The 1/8 thickness was perfect for sealing the outer edges of the doors. For me, 1 package of the 1/4W x 1/8T material was plenty to do my entry door which measures 60” wide and 80” tall (each door is 30” wide). There is also a section between the two doors that requires weather-stripping. However, I needed 1/2 wide and 1/4 thick weather-stripping for this seal. I used the same supplier for this material and it has the same properties as the 1/8T. Since I only needed one 80 length of the 1/2W x 1/4T weather-stripping to make the seal between the doors, one package was way more than enough. I didnt have any problems with adhesion - both products stayed put. Before sealing the door with these products, I could literally feel the wind blowing between the doors and I could see light around the edges. All fixed now!

31-10-2024I got the 1/4 x 1/8 white foam tape/weather stripping. It came packaged very well. The adhesive seems to be very good. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayIt is what it is. Its adhesive backed foam. I have triple-sliding glass doors. Three glass doors on one track that can all stack together or not. We only use the left-most door. The glass doors have a small gap where one meets the other, so I used this to cram in there and fill the gap. If we ever need to open those other doors we can, but for now it plugs the gap and prevents air movement. I also used this on an old Miami style window that didnt close exactly right at the bottom. This plugged that gap too. Lastly I have an attic fan in the garage pulling air from the garage and blowing it into the attic. The fan has a small vibration because it is sitting in a frame laying in the attic opening. I added this not to make it air-tight, but to prevent the vibration from making noise. Worked great.

> 3 dayI actually used this around the roof of a CanAm X3. We noticed this winter when out playing in the snow, that we were getting snow coming in between the roof and the cage. The rest of the cab is closed off. Thought we would give this a try and like the closed cell for this application. It works well.

> 3 dayI used this on my door seals, the thickness is perfect and the foam stiffness seals very good! it sticks well so long as you clean the surface thoroughly. I need more for my other doors, with the low price, Im definitely getting more

> 3 dayI have these to seal around my window air conditioning unit. These is some foam around the window, but I wanted a really good seal. I dont have any air leaks now and this was really easy to install. You just cut the length you need, peel off the paper back, and stick it where you want it to go.
