I have never been happier with capitalism. Since AMD finally reclaimed their title as a competitor to Intel (since older AMD processors were hot and took a lot of power) Intel had to step up their game. The competition is now close between the two but features such as incredibly easy overclocking, easy to use chipset, and Intel Optane, Im very glad to purchase one of the once overpriced Intel Processors

Extremely nice 6 core. Clocked solid to 5 GHz. Some are hitting a higher over clock, but some are getting a lower one. As such I am quite satisfied. Im running 4266 MHz ram at 4133 MHz-16-17-17-33, and if I was to down clock it to say 3800 MHz, I could probably get a higher stable CPU clock....

El procesador es muy bueno, el ventilador integrado no lo es. Lo más recomendable es que compren algo para mantenerlo frío, corsair h80 funciona bastante bien.

Solid performer for modern titles in the gaming arena. It will handle anything you can throw at it with ease.

Total beast of a CPU! Havent tried to even touch overclocking as its not needed on a CPU this fast so I cant attest to the capability or ease of overclocking but why bother with this beast... absolutely not worth the risk or bother.

Un monstre, et cest normal ... Si vous achetez ça vous pouvez tout faire avec, ne chauffe pas, bref aucun point negatif... ( je le refroidis avec un watercooling, cela me parait etre obligatoire vu la gamme du produit ).

Very nice CPU, but as been stated many times - CPU can get hot....so above adequate cooling is needed especially when overclocking. Another point to make when taking other posters review is ambient temps, are you in a 3rd or 4th floor apartment? do you or do you not have central air? These are all important factors when OCing and getting good temps. One person saying they are running 5Hz and getting 60c on load must live in a igloo or spent a lot of money on a custom water loop. So take those temps with a grain of salt. All in all a nice CPU but if you cannot afford going with a 8700k then there is the i5 8600k or even go with the AMD Ryzen 1700. All great CPUs for the money...good luck!

I built a new system around this processor and a 1050ti vid card. I use the computer for many things, but the most visually intense thing I do is play Everquest, I went from loading a single account in 3-4 minutes with my old system to loading 4 accounts from desktop to fully operational in less then 2 minutes.
