Single core performance is excellent. Multi core is great.

Benchmarks are very good, the CPU is very hot and i would recommend investment into a more up market cooling solution like the Mugen5 rev.b air box cooler. Easy to install. Would reccomend.

Der Prozessor wird in einer DAW eingesetzt und ersetzt den dort bisher genutzten i7-6700, der bei vielspurigen Bearbeitungen an seine Grenzen kam. Durch Einsatz des i7-8700K wurde das Performance-Problem beseitigt.

This processor is fantastic. 6 cores of blazing speed, it handles everything I throw at it. I am a Twitch Streamer and this processor handles SO MUCH while Im online and its never hit above 80% usage while streaming games live at 1080p. Very impressive.
