I have no complaints about this phone. Ive been using it for 6 months now and it has handled everything Ive thrown at it. I stream music or e-books from this phone all day every day at work and the battery never drops below 50%. Battery life hasnt really diminished since I got the thing either. This thing goes toe to toe with other much more expensive phones. Would recommend.

I did make sure this is the version JSN-L23. Connected to T-Mobile with no problem, I live in the suburb. I so conversation 4G vs LTE. I had Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro which showed LTE but could not connect in the basement (that is the main reason I started to look for different phone) . Honor 8X shows 4G but received calls in the basement. Would be nice to have USB type C and NFC, but of course you can have everything if you pay more... Update: Even if description said NFC, it is not true. No NFC connectivity on this phone. And I really miss double tap to wake the screen which most of Android phones have.

I bought this phone for my mother in law and after few months later this phone has no issue at all, of course this is not a $1000 dollars phone so some features cant compare with some phones, but you cant find a better phone with this price, i had 2 honor se and 1 of this honor 8x, i will buy this model again if they release a new version

You cant really go wrong for the price, this phone has it all and is very comparable to the expensive high end phones. Battery lasts a long time, its snappy, the pictures are pretty great for the price. My only real complaint is the speaker but what can you expect. You could easily go out and buy a speaker if it was that big of a deal but overall I would definitely recommend this.

I was a bit skeptical at first, some of the reviews made me nervous. I recieved this phone without any issues at all. I can confidently say that I am never paying premium again. This phone acts and feels like a $1000 phone... Even the face recognition works flawlessly. Also I would like to add that I am using this phone on AT&T without any issues, so it most definitely works on AT&T.

I was afraid to buy these phone from the beginning because somebody said its not going to work in USA but I bought it and it was the best phone on my life it works great on metro PCS i got 4g lte signal here in Oregon very fast procceer. Amazing camera, dont be afraid to buy these phone and i am pretty sure you will be very happy with these phone and dont believe who said its not going to work in usa they all seller for the iPhone and Samsung as well and they trying to ruin (huawei) reputation just make sure to receive the JSN L23 version these is the only version work on usa once you resive the right one your on the safe side, and guarantee it is going to work 100% with GSM carrier the phone will show before you update that you got 4g but Actually you got 4g lte and after you update the phone you to android pie 9.0 will see 4g lte on your screen so no worries in my opnion i beleive these honor 8x better than the samsung s10 , these phone is excellent in everything and the best...

difjHuawei has been a growing name in the phone market, and its easy to see why! Ive had several in the Honor series and each phone lasted for at least two years. Honestly, all of them are still functional - I just wanted to upgrade and/or Id give my old phone to someone else. I also have a few for backups in case anything happens, but this phone is so sturdy that Ive never personally needed the backup! The fingerprint scanner is spot on, and so is the facial recognition. The display is brilliant, and so are the pictures that it takes! 10/10, would highly recommend.

Love this phone so far! All the positive reviews I read were absolutely right I think its my favorite phone Ive had yet It takes really nice pictures too My son likes the SloMo videos for when he does all his flips and stunts It came right on time and was exactly as described It looked a little long when I first got it and i wasnt sure about that but after using it you forget all about that It actually fits and feels really great in my hands which arent very big lol The screen is very nice and bright with great colors The battery life is amazing I charge it every night but most of the time it wasnt even dead by then I havent used the face recognition but Im sure its great like everything else I just use the finger unlock which works fast I got the black which is cute Of course it dont look as pretty in the light as the blue would have but I expected that and its in a case anyways so that doesnt matter to me I just love black lol and it looks good in the teal and black case I got I dont think the blue would look as good since the camera and finger button shows thru the case so I like that it matches the case Im not a big fan of the notch so I turned it off and you cant even tell Everyone didnt like that it dont have the c type charging port But that wasnt a big deal to me I have lots of micro USB chargers so to me it was more convenient that way The phone came with a clear case and headphones which is nice None of my other phones have came with those It has radio on it too which is cool I almost got the Honor 7x cuz I seen lots of good reviews but I decided on the 8x since it was newer and more updated Im very happy with my choice If you need a new phone try the Honor 8x You cant go wrong!

Tmobile USA, Phone is great, screen is huge, Google Account is restoring apps. Got a little hungup about the Huawei Account not available in USA but its just bloatware similar to Samsung Account and not necessary. Screen is bigger than my Note 4 and everything is working great, testing battery life to see how long it lasts. Make sure to order a good screen protector and case.

So I just purchased this phone because my Sony Xperia xa2 drowned. So I looked around and this phone had caught my eye. Now when I purchase a phone I do an extreme amount of research. Ive had an Samsung s8 before my sony. and I must say, this phone Is great. Looks great, Feels great. I like the user interface much more than samsungs setup. I have simple mobile and it works on their network. Check the bands of your carrier and see if they match the bands for this phone. I even thought well maybe the camera is going to be s******, it takes great photos. The only complaints I have is that the charging is micro usb, not type c. but it still charges almost as fast as type C. and that Huawai tries to make you sign up for more than the average U.S. phone would ask. But you dont have to. Battery lasts about 2 days. Huge variety of cases too. Also it takes a Nano SIM. so thats sweet. I recommend if you want to save money, have a up to date looking phone, and good quality. It released in sept 2018 and with 4gb of ram its still smooth. And has PIE update! it could have came out yesterday and I wouldnt have noticed the difference. sweet stuff!
