This is a great phone for the price. Probably as close to an iPhone is youre going to get at this price. Great call quality. Only 2 drawbacks: 1) It is not dual band (2.4 GHz band only); 2) Old micro USB charging capability Other than that, no complaints. Even came with a free case.

Did not get the blue model as shown, Received an all black phone, BUT, at least it is the correct model number that everyone else is complaining about. Wanted a flashy phone, got ALL black. Cant return it as i needed a phone ASAP just over the color, But disappointed.

Its 2019, every phone should have wifi calling. Very disappointed, but its kinda worth the ease and feel of this phone. Camera is good, battery life is great, the transitions from wifi spot to wifi spot were very quick, very happy about that. Only other downside is this is not a 5g/hz wifi phone, just get the 2.

Its worth the price you pay. Bought it from lifeline and they send the correct model. Using the phone for a month now and no problems. I live in the Caribbean so when I tried to transfer my photos from Samsung to this phone I was unable to because a few apps dont work in this region so you have to contact Huawei but I just used Bluetooth to transfer. I had no other issues with this phone and Im pleased with my purchase.

Love Huawei phones and this one is no exception. Everything from purchase to deliver was satisfying. Only issue is that I couldnt set up in United States as region for phone for to this option not being available. Had to set up in nearby Mexico causing some issues, however service is great and its what youd expect outta a Huawei device.

For this price, this phone really amazed me, I was afraid of the US and Huawei ban, but after I read the reviews, I decided to get this phone for my kid, and it s a really really amazing, fast Fingerprint open and face Recognization, faster then my iPhone. No wonder Samsung got beaten by Huawei, too bad US banned Huawei

Love this phone - battery works for days! The reviews that say this phone doesnt work in the U.S. are incorrect. When I was setting the phone up I got an error message stating, This product will not work in your area. Were sorry for the inconvenience. (Im in TN.) However, this is just for the Huawei ID app - their cloud, etc, so I just used the skip option and use my Google account. I stuck in the sim card from my other phone and bam, it stated working immediately without taking it to my carrier store or anything. Great phone, EXCELLENT camera, great price!

My friends laughed at me last week when they heard I’d purchased an Honor 8X in the middle of a US-China trade war and a Huawei ban. They’re probably still laughing, and maybe rightly so, but I’m happy with my phone. Of course, I worry that as a casualty of geopolitics my phone might be orphaned after August 19 and cut off from the rest of the Android universe. This means I’d probably never get Android Pie, and lose access to the Play Store and to Android updates. However, the phone is gorgeous, and it works like a dream. I’d previously owned an Honor 7X and thought I knew what to expect, but this phone blew me away. The Honor 8X is a budget phone in price only. It’s a stellar performer with a big, beautiful display, gorgeous aesthetics, and a premium build. It’s a flagship experience in a budget package, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Fingerprint scanning and facial recognition work flawlessly, and all my applications open quickly and run smoothly. Call quality is good, as is LTE and Wi-Fi reception. I’ve heard the cameras are not outstanding, but while it may not dethrone the iPhone XS for image quality, the Honor has not disappointed me with the photos it’s taken so far. Overall, I’m delighted with the Honor 8X, and I look forward to many happy years with it, provided the politicians can work out a deal to spare the life of this phone.

I have the honor 6x and I loved it. I was waiting for the 8x to be released for USA but ultimately its not going to happen. After days of searching I found the jsn-l23. Im on straight talk at&t. In my area At&t LTE bands 2,4,12 are used. This phone support 2 & 4 on LTE. Im getting good coverage & speed. 10-75 mbs average any where I go. Occasionally in areas known to be weak I will drop to hspa (3g). Even still Im getting 2-10mbs. Good enough to play YouTube at 1080 with no issues. I would check in your area what bands are being used before buying.

Flagship phone that wont break the bank. But it only works with half of Metro by T-Mobiles towers. Once you leave the city service gets choppie. But great phone for the price. The AI camera is a dream, the quality of pictures and videos this phone takes is insane. The phone is fast and dependable.
